9 Bird Avenue

9 Bird Avenue is a pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that accommodates 6 people comfortably.
This family home is in a perfect location, quietly tucked away but only a 5-minute walk to everything you could need. Enter through the front door and feel right at home.
The first bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 king single beds (which can be put together to make another king size bed). Each bed has an electric blanket. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with a television and split system in the first bedroom.
The living area is complete with a large couch, wood fire and split system. Enjoy a meal together at the 8-seater dining table, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and cooktop or venture outside to one of the two entertaining areas situated at the front and rear of the house. There is a gas bbq and a Weber for outdoor cooking.
The bathroom is central to the bedrooms which has a shower and toilet. A full laundry including a second toilet tick all the boxes for everything you need during your stay.
There is a garage for secure parking, but the driveway is narrow so suitable for small to medium size cars only.
