Only 10 minutes from the charming village of Westport, this cottage with laundry is a perfect peaceful oasis.

The cozy cottage was recently renovated, with artisanal beams, craft tiling and a warm wood stove. Heronview cottage has all the conveniences of home along with a wood burning fireplace, baseboard heating, and heated tile floor in the bathroom.

Enjoy the silence of the woods in winter and try to spot the local wildlife including deer, swans and beavers. In summer, be lulled to sleep by the sounds of crickets, frogs and the beautiful call of the Loon.

The cottage is on approximately 2.5 acres of land that's shared with the main house. It has a separate fire pit and dock for relaxing, or stand up paddle boarding and canoeing!
It's located off a maintained road and is approximately 50 feet from the main house.

This cottage is a 10 minute drive to Westport, 30 minutes to Perth, and 40 minutes to Kingston.

A canoe and 2 stand up paddle boards are available to use.
