Enjoy Melbourne CBD from this central home base. Easy access to shopping districts, iconic tourist spots, popular laneways. We are within the free tram zone! Public transportation is conveniently located right at our door step. Take a stroll or the tram to QV Market, Chinatown or State Library from the apartment. Shop til' you drop at Bourke Street Mall which is located just opposite our building and the next-door high-end shopping strip - Collins St. Perfect for travellers/business visitors!

The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.
One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key is subject to a $150 charge. Keys that are locked inside the apartment, and if a lock smith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.
Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.
Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the Airbnb chat for confirmation.
