Take a Break in the Country - 1 Bedroom Apartment

This apartment is situated 5 minutes off Inland Scenic Route 72 and less than 20 minutes from the friendly farming village of Geraldine.

Use the apartment as a launch pad to local activities in Peel Forest (horse treks and bush walks), Lake Tekapo (ice skating, snow tubing, day spa and hot pools), Mt Cook (beautiful scenic walks and helicopter rides), Mt Somers, Methven or just a place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of town.

We are a working farm running cattle, a couple of chickens and 2 dogs.

The space
This self contained apartment complete with private access provides a lovely place for a weekend retreat.

The apartment is at the end of a wooded driveway, and secluded away from all the noise and rush of town. Guests can take in the expansive views of Little Mt Peel from the entry, the lounge or even while lying in the huge king size bed.

You will be kept warm with the luxurious underfloor heating that keeps the apartment at a constant temperature in winter and in summer you can open up the all the windows and bay doors to enjoy the warm summer breeze that comes up from the Rangitata river through the small forest of mixed trees, some of which are over 130 years old.

Guest access
Parking is at the front of the apartment, at the base of 7 steps up onto the patio area.

Other things to note
The Californian King size bed can be split into two King singles, if required.
There is a 50 inch television in the lounge and a 42 inch television in the bedroom, both televisions have access to Netflix and Freeview channels.
