This large family holiday home boasts beautiful views across the water and is located directly on the canal front in prestigious Noosa Waters. Saltwater Avenue will not disappoint if you are looking for a laid-back river frontage home to relax in.

Boasting 4 large bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, private heated pool and a main river deep water berth. This waterfront home is just minutes to the beach, local cafes and Noosaville restaurants. Whether travelling with friends, family or small groups this home has everything you require for relaxing in coastal style with beautiful river breezes, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or by the pool.
Whether you are looking for cafes, restaurants, stunning beaches, or high-end shopping facilities you're spoilt for choice. This home is within minutes’ drive of the infamous Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach with world class shopping and dining precinct; and Gympie Terrace that offers direct river access and exceptional dining.

The home has all kitchen facilities, open living space whilst enjoying lovely views of the river and canals. The riverside offers a vast entertaining terrace with outdoor dining and BBQ area. Please Note: Guests are welcome to tie up a small boat or fish from the jetty. If you do wish to bring your small boat, a Loch key is available to allow you to enter the Noosa Waters canal system and a bond of $ 500 applies for the Loch Key - please ensure you request this at time of making your booking.

There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
