This stunning beach house has a sensational coastal aspect, and is a short walk to Anglesea Main Beach, Surf Club, Cafés and local shops.
This very special beach house has a lovely ambience. The upper-level commands coastal and ocean views from Anglesea to Point Addis, from the master bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living room, and vast front deck. The rear deck, which steps down to a private garden, provides an option to follow the sun through the day.
The kitchen features a generous granite bench top with quality appliances, including double dishwasher drawers, and double cooking facilities with a cook top in the bench. The living room features an open fireplace, making this a great place to enjoy the Surf Coast in the cooler months.
The main bedroom has a WIR and modern ensuite bathroom, with sliding doors onto the deck allowing you to let the fresh ocean air stream in and drift off to sleep to the sound of the Anglesea surf.
Downstairs is host to 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king single beds. There is a fantastic kids retreat with 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (4 beds) and a living room space, with a comfy couch, TV, DVD and table tennis table making this a fun independent living zone.
A main bathroom with bath, separate shower and separate toilet service the lower level and there is also a laundry with outside access (which includes a private outdoor shower to wash off sand after a day at the beach).
A retreat for all seasons, this beach house will deliver on all levels, with stylish
interiors and warm tones providing a carefree feeling throughout. The house offers split systems for heating and cooling, a BBQ on the deck and large outdoor dining table shaded by a market umbrella for al fresco dining with the magnificent coastline as a backdrop.
All the conveniences you could wish for a only a 5 minute walk away, including Anglesea Main Beach and Surf Club, great coffee at the 4 King Cafe, restaurants, walking tracks, and national park
