Basement apartment, the only windows were close to the ceiling in the bedrooms so could not be opened. As a result, it was very stuffy. The walkway to the side entrance was not lit at night, it was large gravel with paving stones set about 1 metre apart, difficult for anyone with even moderate mobility. Parking on the street was difficult, we parked either around the corner or quite far from the rental. There was no light at the top of the stairs. It was very clean and well kept.

Thanks for your review Deb. It was such pleasure hosting you. We appreciate these reviews as they help us improve the overall quality of our guest’s stays. Our cleaners are the best. We’ve had them for few years now and our guest really appreciate how clean and well kept they clean the space. Sorry about the other issues you had with the rentals we could have addressed them immediately if you had mentioned them while you were here. The windows can easily be opened, we have a step ladder in the suite for guest to use. As for parking we ask guest to park right in front of the house. There is parking right in front between both houses and lots of parking also across the street. With the lights, we always ask guests to keep the outside lights turned on for easy visibility at night. It is part of our instruction. The switch is in the suite and have no control over it but the guests do. Next time just keep it on. As for the gravel and patio stones, other guests have complained about it and we are working on getting that fixed. We have had contractors look at concrete all the way to the back of the house but couldn’t get the work started because of the inconvenience it will cause to our guests over the busy spring/sunmer season. The weather hasn’t been great either to pour concrete. We will get this sorted out Thanks for your awesome feedback

Excellent Stay near Spruce Meadowz!!!Absolutely enjoyed everything this property had to offer!Very clean, quiet property! The beds were absolutely amazing! Bedding was hotel quality!!! Which made for restful nights! The location was perfect! Lots of food options near by. Our hosts were great to communicate with! Definitely recommend this property! Will be returning again soon!!!!

Great stay!

Comfortable beds, convenient location, and everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the playpen and highchair, TWO bedrooms apart from the small cosy livingroom/kitchen area, and the friendliness of our hosts.

We stayed for a week while attending the Masters Tournament at Spruce Meadows. The location was perfect. The suite was lovely - we were able to set up a little home away from home. Very comfortable beds! Elijah was the perfect host - very responsive to a couple of small queries and very friendly. The suite was clean and well maintained- we would definitely stay here again.

Clean & comfortable in Calgary

The unit was well furnished. The area is very quiet and easy access to locations. We were please at the ability to contact the owner. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and affordable suite in Calgary

We enjoyed our stay, it was a clean and comfortable place to unwind after a day of seeing the sights! Host was very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions, the neighbourhood felt safe, instructions were easy to follow, and the cost was affordable for this great place. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you!

Beautiful and clean suite but it was a bit smaller than expected. But that was OK for us since we were out sightseeing all day. The host kept in contact and was very easy to reach. Our stay was very enjoyable.
