Beautiful Modern House Right on the Ocean
Is there anything more peaceful than waking up to the breeze and sound of the waves? This house is located directly on the Ocean in the charming community of Santa Marianita; a 15 minute drive to the busy town of Manta, which has all of the modern services, restaurants and shops you can ask for.
If you spend more than a week in Santa Marianita, the community of expats from Canada and the US will greet you with open arms… in fact, if you’re not careful, you’ll be out socializing every evening!
The large town of Manta with some of the best restaurants on the Ecuadorian coast, a huge shopping mall, and a grocery store that easily competes with our superstores is only a 15 minute drive away…
The price of the house is reflective of the fact that the gated community is still under construction, the drive-way is not yet fully landscaped but the house itself if finished and fully functional.
The house boasts:
2 bedrooms plus large fully furnished office
Large open concept kitchen
Rooftop patio to see the sun set daily
Private yard right on the Beach Road
Lots of natural light
Laundry room
Parking for 2 cars
Beautifully furnished with custom-made furniture
Air conditioning in both bedrooms

At low tide, you can veer right on the beach and walk endlessly for hours (after the first point you will be shocked to see that the beach is completely untouched and idyllic)
