Hi Lawrence, thank you for staying with us. We do access the guests unit on longer stays to refresh the towels, provide more coffee, etc. However on your two night stay no one had access to your unit other than your party. We appreciate you staying with us and look forward to hosting you again however we can assure you no one sprayed our touched your machine.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. We're going to make sure changes are made to insure a better experience. However we do think that this is a miss misrepresentation of the property and the condition it was in. We have weekly property maintenance which cleans the entire property, as much as we would like them to pick up every leaf every day it is just not feasible. You also checked in very late (outside of check in hours) and were non responsive when we checked in with you multiple times to see how your stay was going. Regardless we look forward to hosting you again and providing a great experience!

We do provide extra towels and linens just like any hotel; however, they have to be requested, which they were not. Once requested by you in the middle of your stay, they were brought to you within the hour. In regard to bringing food items, we clearly state that we provide all cooking utensils but do not provide any food or condiments other than complimentary coffee. When your family left the property, they left it in a dirty state and didn’t treat the unit with respect, which left us to incur additional cleaning costs.

Things like not being able to un latch a gate, or not being able to park properly in a three car driveway with one car, and turning left onto a residential street or more user error than problems with the property.
