Every single unit has been recently remodeled to create a perfect blend of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store a bit of food or enjoy a snack before you go out to enjoy all that the Oregon Coast has to offer.

Sleep comfortably in our units with the following sleeping arrangements:

EAR PLUGS: ** Please be aware that you may hear noises from other units at times. We have provided ear plugs for all guests to ensure you have a quiet and relaxing sleep. **

Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

Very comfortable stay

Wife and stayed one night on our way back home to Wa. Very comfortable room, easy to find right off of hwy 101.

Very nice stay at this location. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days and enjoyed it. Very clean and exactly the same as the pictures posted. Love how close it’s to downtown and in the middle of the other towns like Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Read about the noise complaints from the Main Street but we didn’t hear anything. Very cozy and homey. Only thing is that the bed is very squeaky, didn’t bother us but just a fyi. Would definitely book another mini vacation here again. Oh and did I say how affordable it was compared to other locations around? Very nice for the price.

Great place to stay, right across from the beach! Unit 4 does not have a full fridge as pictured, but it was still doable, and the apt is very nice overall. It is a little noisy when other people are staying there, but they do give you earplugs for sleeping.

We had a few issues while staying here (one before we even checked in), but the property management was great at communicating/quick to respond to issues and find the best solution for the moment. Great location to walk to shops and to pop across the street to the beach!

Rockaway Getaway

My boyfriend and I had the perfect weekend getaway here with our dog. Everything was clean and check in was very easy. The beach is directly across the street. It is walkable distance to everything on the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants to check out. If you are bringing dogs- would recommend bringing extra towels to dry them off after the beach.

Clean and comfy

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and new looking. Minimal kitchen ware, but enough for what we needed. Upstairs floor was creaky but people up there were quiet at night. Over all a perfect place to crash while seeing the sites and getting in some hikes!

Easy stop over property

The property felt completely brand new and was kept in a very well kept condition. The location was great for our purposes (single night stay passing through the coast). Otherwise, there wasn't much going on around the property itself.

Comfy getaway

The king bed..water filter..shower all so great. The refrigerator is WAY too small. Pet friendly is great but pups with sensitive feet.. no pet area... all gravel. So quiet and peaceful.

Such a great little place!

Absolutely loved this little 1 bedroom place. I came during the week and was lucky to have quiteness. I did read reviews though and had brought my sound machine just in case. The beach is maybe a block or 2 away and so easy to access! The bed was super The only thing I would say this place needs is hooks or somewhere to hang things up. Especially since when

Great property!!

I had the opportunity of working with iTrip to stay at one of their properties in Rockaway Beach and they took the best care of us. Checked in periodically to ensure our stay was to our liking. On top of that, they were extremely accommodating for a mistake I made when booking after a little back and forth. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to host with their spectacular customer service. I hope that everybody continues the trend of great experiences. It was the perfect size for what we were needing for our weekend get away! Thanks again!

Lovely spot on the coast

The unit was as described. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Big comfy king bed! Only real drawback was the noise. It’s an old building and you can hear pretty much everything in the units around you. I just put on some white noise and slept great. The hosts provide you with earplugs, which I thought was a nice touch.

A lovely place to hear your neighbours

This is a lovely room, and the management is quickly accessible for any inquiries. Unfortunately, there is very poor insulation between other properties in the building, and so when taps or toilets are being used, you hear the rushing water in the walls. When people talk or watch tv, just at normal levels, you can figure out what they are watching and saying.

Perfect!

The condo was as described and it was very close to the beach! The only downfall was an overactive refrigerator, we adjusted to it though and it didn't hugely affect our stay. The TV was user friendly for our down time after long days of exploring. Depending on your time frame, this property is pretty central to most costal sights. We spent a day driving and exploring to the north, all the way to Astoria. We made it down to Depoe Bay for whale watching and explored the southern coast; and we spent a day enjoying all that the immediate area had to offer. It was a well rounded trip! Our condo was easily accessed, the directions were clear, the user binder was vey helpful, and it was spotless upon arrival.

My experience

Everything is great except crazy noise from apartment on second floor ( cleaning noise in the morning and running, jumping people at the evening on top of you.) I feel like I m in the music box, with headache in the morning

Good

Solid spot for a night. There is not a lot of circulation so the place smells musty / like mold since the area is so humid and there is carpeting. Not a deal breaker just know that if you’re sensitive to smell. The walls are thin so I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls and had to sleep on the couch. There is n outdoor light that does not go off / stays on all night. Other than that, great location right across the street from the beach and super clean.
