Beautiful 4 Bedroom House in Sandy Bay

Our house is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and larger groups.
Supermarkets, banks, bakeries, clothes shops are only 100m away. Wrest Point Casino is about a 12-15 minute walk and UTAS is just at the end of the street about a 10 minute walk.

Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900’s and has undergone a beautiful renovation. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 4 guests. Rates quoted are for 4 people. $25 each additional person up to a maximum of 8.

With entry via its own private driveway where there is ample parking for 2 or more cars it is a home away from home. The back of the house leads into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room has two 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV.

Three of the 4 bedrooms have a Queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 Single Beds. All have LCD TV's. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The shared bathroom has a walk in shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The house is all on the one level.

You will be provided with a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet rolls and washing powder, salt, pepper, oil.

Guests will need to check in via a key safe box located at the back door to the house. The code to use will be sent on the day of your arrival when the house is available for check-in.

Guests won’t have access to the shed at the back of the property. Please note there are no gates in the driveway so the house is not suitable to leave children unattended in the back or front yards.
