Recently renovated Sunset Bungalow 5 is what beach getaways are all about. The perfect Beach Bungalow, stylish with plenty of space to spread out featuring front and rear decks ideal for relaxing after long days at the beach. Sunset Bungalow 5 will be the perfect location for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the best of Byron.
The perfect place to connect for a quiet experience with friends or family this location will be perfect. Right on the edge of town, far enough out to avoid the hustle and bustle, yet close enough in that you can still access the best of Byron.
This classic Byron location breathes the authenticity of an original beach bungalow yet has been thoughtfully renovated and finished with the comfortable and stylish fittings and finishes. The front deck is the perfect spot for afternoon drinks or relaxed breakfast, whilst the rear deck has been designed for lounging around reading and afternoon barbecues. Perfect for relaxing nights in or slow mornings with breakfast on the deck.
There is a main living area with a super comfortable sofa and dining table . The kitchen is fully equiped and a great size if cooking at home is your preference. There is a seperate breakout area great for kids or those wanting a quite nook to read or getaway.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the top floor. The 4th bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located downstairs, separate to the top floor, accessed via the internal stairwell, super clean and well appointed. This property will leave you feeling rested and recovered - a perfect location for creating holiday memories.
The property is well located, only 22min walk to main beach, or a 5 minute quick Uber ride to the town and the best of Byron Beaches. 14 minute walk to Woolworths, 7 minute walk to Bay Grocer.
Delicious coffee and yummy whole food is only 270m walk to The Byron Bay General Store - Established in 1947, The Byron Bay General Store is among Byron Shire’s oldest commercial buildings still standing.
