Bahia Vista 8-209 is a beautiful, spacious, and newly completely renovated bright second-floor corner condo located on Isla Del Sol`s direct waterfront bay waters. The unit features a brand-new kitchen, new bathrooms, and an amazing view! A spectacular and gorgeous kitchen with beautiful counters, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Bahia Vista 8-209 has free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs. This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite completely renovated bathroom with double vanity. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk if you need to work while you are visiting. The guest bedroom has a completely renovated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 brand-new twin beds (2023). Unit 209 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Enjoy every bit of the memories in this unit, waiting for your enjoyment!
Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters, as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival and Saturday departure during peak season. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address and email address for the application.
Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, and some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper’s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Wonderful property and location
We had a set back with this property company cancelling our stay, out of no where, a little less than one month prior to our stay. "Because the owners decided they want the property". I had to scramble to find another property. We love this property and have stayed many times before, with private ownership, and loved the area.
That being said, this unit is beautiful, nicely updated, clean- although a vacuum would be a nice addition. They had pretty much everything you would need for a one week stay. Beach supplies like towels, kids toys and umbrellas were included. The unit is large and spacious, it overlooks the pool and bay. However, the pool was not clean, I had to call several times about the cloudiness, along with other guests that complained, the bath house was not clean either. but both were resolved while we were still there. The property management company was very receptive while we were on the property. The property is only a short drive to the beach, less than 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend this unit!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben auf der Website.
