Avoid the Garden City crowds; this home is close enough to enjoy the lake and scenery without nearby neighbors! The BEST vacation rental for a large family or multi-family group! Located in the Reserve which means private beach access, swimming, and tennis/pickleball courts! Plenty of open space and lake view directly from the living room!
The Reserve
Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! At the clubhouse is a kid-friendly pool, communal hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Overnight boat and trailer parking available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.
Main Level
Guests can make meals, watch movies, play games, and relax together in the main level gathering area. Spacious living room with large windows to enjoy the lake view, right from the leather sectional! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need to prepare and serve meals for your group, including a pantry. There is an 65-inch television to enjoy above the cozy fireplace. The deck offers more seating and scenery with it's lake view, picnic table and BBQ grill. The fully-functioning laundry room/mud room is also on this level.
The master suite offers privacy, plenty of light, stunning views, and ample space for a comfortable stay. There is a luxury walk-in shower included in the en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs
Two separate lofts; one that overlooks the entire main gathering area. This is a spot designed to be a reading/relaxing nook with comfortable seating. Children's books are included. The other loft area is a the designated game spot with a card table and plenty of board/card games to choose from (or you can bring your own)!
Down the hall, there are two bedrooms, both of which have queen beds. A 3/4 bathroom is also upstairs. The massive bunk room at the end of the hallway has enough beds to sleep 17 guests! There are two triple bunk beds (full bed over two twin beds), a full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle, and two queen beds. Complete with an en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and XBox 360 with games included. The kids won't be able to get enough of this hang-out spot!
Downstairs
Plenty of seating, entertainment and comfort. This is the perfect spot to watch movies (86" television) and engage in a friendly ping pong or Foosball competition. Under the stairs is a darling children's play spot, with toys to keep them occupied for hours! One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed (soon to be replaced with a king bed) and a twin bunk bed. A 3/4 bathroom separates the two bedrooms.
The Property
Guests have full access to the two-car garage (the third garage is for the owners only). There are two fridge/freezers in the garage, so guests can bring plenty of snacks and ingredients.
For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.
