Le Palms oozes a laid-back stylish attitude that will woo you as soon as you arrive. The majestic swaying palm trees greet you and guide you to the entryway foyer, where views of the sparkling pool and a private retreat await. This home will instantly lull you into holiday mode with the sounds of rolling surf, the rustling of palm fronds and the taste of salty air.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, Le Palms is unique in its location, whilst having an abundance of privacy and still being within just moments from the beautiful Mermaid Beach, neighbouring walking tracks, and bustling cafes and restaurants.
With a secluded Master King Suite occupying one end of the first level and two Guest Queen Suites with a shared bathroom at the other, there is a sense of full privacy for all guests.
A second Guest King Suite, with access to an adjoining bathroom and powder-room, is situated on the ground floor. Each Suite having its own special features, including high end fixtures and fittings, ample space and storage, and gorgeous modern furnishings.
4 grand bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus powder room, this property is not short of space, privacy or convenience, to all that the Gold Coast, and Mermaid Beach area have to offer. Inclusive of a dreamy outdoor alfresco living area, with front row seat of the glistening pool and tropical surrounds, the ambiance speaks one word, that is relaxation. Opt to gather in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen, or relax in the sprawling open-plan living area, with poolside views to top it off.
Occupying an enviable location, leave the car at home and walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants, Pacific Fair, Star Casino, and even the highly regarded Burleigh Heads. Best of all, every little thing has been thoughtfully provided, to ensure you enjoy a boutique-style, luxury getaway.

No access to an upstairs office, however ground floor office area open. Guests have full access to the entire property other than this space.
- As a rule we only take families.
- The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit $2000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- "Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation"
