Berrys Creek Farm Stay is situated on the same residence as the owners home, though you would never know as the cottage is fully self-contained and accessible by a separate driveway off the main entrance, therefore keeping the property separate.

Sleeping 6 people comfortably over 3 bedrooms (3 × queen beds, we also have a porta cot available) with beautiful linens to ensure a heavenly sleep.

There is a large open kitchen and dining space located off the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen so you never have to leave the property if you don’t want to.

The lounge room is very spacious with two couches, arm chair and two bean bags, a TV, DVD player with a selection of movies, and board games to keep you entertained.

Heating and cooling provided by way of two split systems will ensure you are never too hot or cold.

The beautiful deck faces out north and is set up with an electric BBQ, table and stools. Overlooking the stunning rolling hills, this would be the perfect spot to wake up with your morning coffee, or wind down with a wine.

Guest access
Guests are free to roam the lovely gardens to the front of the cottage, although please keep in mind the main residence is quite close, so please try and avoid walking too close in their private garden area.

Depending on the time of year, guests are invited to
stroll through the orchid and pick berries & fruit from the various fruit trees.

Whilst at the orchid, guests can collect eggs from
the chook house - Perhaps for breakfast with a side of bacon & avo the next morning?

Other things to note
Whilst we think there is nothing better than switching off from our phones and social media every so often, Phone reception is available - Though best supported by Telstra. Wifi is not available so please bring your own portable devices should you require internet.

No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, though in consideration to the environment we ask that you dispose of your butts in the containers provided.

We have two super friendly dogs who love to roam around and explore - Should you prefer them not to during your stay, please let us know as we can accommodate you and keep them away.
