Super quiet and secluded, bush all around, amazing views, two sunny (or shady) private decks to choose from. Well set up kitchen, clean tidy house, brand new beds and linen. All you need to do is unpack and relax.
3 minute walk down private bush tracks to either main Kaiteri beach or Little Kaiteri beach.
You won't want to leave.

Great communication from the host and was very accommodating. Amazing location to be able to walk to little kaiteriteri or kaiteriteri. So close yet a haven, hidden away. Stunning views, clean and tidy. House was very well equipped. Loved being able to use the private track which links onto the main lookout path. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic beach holiday

This is a fantastic property, located within a bush reserve and with easy access to 2 beautiful beaches. Great beach views from both sides of the house with great indoor/outdoor spaces and a superb stereo!Our 2 families had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property..

Just as pictured, and the location cannot be beat. Host was incredibly responsive and great to work with. Well appointed kitchen, clean, and great views - could not be happier with our stay.

Return to Kaiteriteri

Loved the private trail to the village and Little Kaiteriteri beach. Perfect location for exploring Able Tasman. Two of us visited the area 5 years ago, and we’ll strive to get this house again on a future return

Gorgeous location

We had such a lovely stay here. The property is in a fab location, walking distance to the local shops and either beach. The house had everything we needed, the weather didn’t play ball unfortunately so we couldn’t take advantage of the deck….next time.

Superb location and owners

Lovely slice of paradise - enjoyed by our whole family of 5. Facilites comfortable, modern, and spic and span and well provided for. Easy comms with owners. Views are amazing and ease of access to both beaches via bush tracks was a major plus!

Loved the views in all directions, quick walk to both little Kaiteriteri beach and Kaiteriteri beach. The balcony areas were lovely with loads of seating, very clean and tidy. Inside the house it was very clean and tidy too! Very comfortable beds and pillows, lovely showers and a beautiful dinning table.Very clear instructions given for everything and great communication from host.We would stay again, loved it!

From the stunning views, to the welcome song of the resident birds, our stay was magical. The property exudes style and comfort with everything you might need for your stay. Perfect location with easy access to both beaches. Diederick was fantastic to deal with and we can' wait to come back!

Keiteriteri Escape

Visited with my family the bach was lovely and clean on arrival with everything we could need for our holiday, including a nice selection of board games for rainy days. The location was beautiful with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. Communication with Diederik was always friendly, timely and helpful. Would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Absolutely stunning

Our stay was amazing. The property is well set up and decorated beautifully. Walking in and just unpacking with the house ready to go made our stay even easier and the owner was great to talk to. We didnt have any problems at all. Beautiful spot with even better views and so close to both beaches definitely 5 star

Great location and views

The deck is as pictured, and just an excellent place to have dinner and sunset overlooking Little Kaiteriteri beach. Remember your bug spray, but stay out through dark to hear korora and morpork. If you are up for stairs and a bush track, it is a short walk to the main beach, mostly avoiding road traffic. Overall a great base for all the local activities. Diederik was very communicative and helpful.

We are an active family of four who simply love Abel Tasman and all its got to offer year round. Having spent 20+ camping, biking, hiking, water sport summers in this part of the world, we are very very fortunate and privileged to now have a permanent anchor in the sand.
Paradise Retreat is our special little home where we will continue to create special life long memories with family and friends.... we hope you will too!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Paradise Retreat offers us the best of both worlds in that is perfect size for couples (now kids are growing up and not always with us) with two private decks and Master Bedroom/ensuite away from the 'Guest wing' creating a cosy little bach for two.
At the same time by opening up the sliding door which gives access to the guest wing, there is living comfort and space to sleep 6 adults total.

We LOVE the tranquil bush setting and the stunning views from the deck as well as being able to choose which beach to walk down to via our own private track that links up with the main Kaiteri-Little Kaiteri coastal walkway. No need to drive anywhere, just grab your towel and follow the track!
Literally Paradise.
