Located in the Manhattan complex in Canberra's CBD. A fully furnished one bedroom apartment is stylish and modern. The space is very spacious and well lit and can accomodate 4 guests. It has double glazed glass, a queen sized bed, a double sofa bed, Wifi, Smart TV (BYOL). Modern kitchen with all amenities, as well as washer and dryer. A television in each room. A small study area, ideal for the business traveller
With self check in this provides ultimate convenience on your travels.
This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is very spacious and well lit up, able to house 4 guests, with a comfortable queen sized bed in a separate room, as well as a double-size sofa bed in the lounge room, an all new kitchen with a gas cook top, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator with built in ice machine, as well as a bathroom with a shower, washer, dryer and ironing board in the laundry. Also included in the apartment is a small study area for quiet work. Some of the other furnishing offered in the apartment:

- Unlimited NBN Internet/WiFi
- Balcony with double glazed doors (noise reduction) and
shutter blinds for privacy
- Blackout curtains in the bedroom
- Television in the Bedroom

a stones throw away from Canberra Casino, 5 minutes walk from the Jollimont Centre, 8 min via Uber/Taxi to the airport. In the heart of Canberra's night life, with a wide variety of restaurants, retail shopping outlets, cinemas and city sights nearby, with the Canberra Centre Shopping Centre just across the road, also being easily accessible by public transport; bus and trams.
A large fridge is provided however the automatic water function is unable to be plumbed in due to building restrictions
