BIENVENIDOS A CAPE GUINEVERE EN BAXTER LAKE
Disfruta de esta fantástica casa del lago en New Hampshire. Rodeado de árboles, Cape Guinevere es el refugio perfecto para una escapada tranquila con belleza escénica donde quiera que mire. Con una ubicación céntrica en Baxter Lake, Cape Guinevere está a unos 30 minutos de Portsmouth y Lake Winnipesaukee, y Gunstock Mountain, Loudon, Laconia, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Wolfeboro, Concord, Newburyport, Manchester y Hampton Beach se encuentran dentro de 1 hora.

Cape Guinevere está situado en dos pisos sobre el suelo, con casi 2,000 pies cuadrados de espacio de vida confortable. 4 habitaciones (2 camas queen, 1 cama matrimonial, 2 camas individuales), 2. 5 baños, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas, una cocina completa con muchos utensilios y utensilios de cocina, una mesa gigante con capacidad para 10 y asientos al aire libre en mesas de picnic . Cape Guinevere está a unos 5 minutos a pie de la playa en el lago Baxter a lo largo de un camino tranquilo y seguro. Desde aquí, puede nadar, lanzar kayaks, lanzar un bote o simplemente disfrutar de las vistas. Estamos ubicados justo en la línea de la ciudad de Farmington y Rochester, y encontrará muchas comodidades a 15 minutos en auto en Rochester (grandes tiendas de comestibles, Home Depot, Lowe's, restaurantes, estaciones de servicio, servicios, etc.)

Necesitará un automóvil para llegar a Cape Guinevere, pero afortunadamente, tenemos mucho estacionamiento para 6-8 automóviles. Una vez allí, puedes caminar o andar en bicicleta por la calle. The house was excellent we enjoyed every minute we were there. I was worried a little bit about it being pet friendly but the house was extremely clean. Additionally we did bring our dog Jessie who is a large New Foundland and she also felt right at home with plenty of space and places to walk. The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout the process.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the cabin. The area was beautiful and just what we needed to get away and unplug. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house is great for families. We loved sitting outside by the fire.

Nice Christmas getaway

Our family stayed at this home near Baxter Lake over the Christmas week and had a very nice time. Very close to Rochester for shopping etc. All the necessities were provided and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the well frozen lake. Great ice fishing!

Comfortable spot for family gatherings

We visited in the winter so we didn't really take advantage of the lake but the house itself was a perfect spot for us. The open floor plan made the whole family very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly any time we had questions and were very friendly.

Great place!

Visited for a few days away with three year old son and family. The property was great and as advertised, but what really made the trip was all the thoughtful details. The owners really made sure that nothing was forgotten. Would highly recommend.

Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay at Cape Guinevere! The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beaches are nice and close. We are grateful we got to bring our dogs with us on vacation. We had lots of fun swimming with them at the dog beach. Owners are great!

Perfect family getaway

The house was great for a family gathering - especially the large dining table for playing games, doing puzzles and, of course, dining. Every amenity (including a very well stocked kitchen) you might need was provided. The fire pit with plenty of firewood and outdoor grill added so much to the ambiance! The house feels quiet and remote with so many activities ( restaurants, etc) a very close drive away. Would absolutely go back there!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We have rented many vacation properties for our annual family vacation, but this property is absolutely the best of the best! It's so comfortable and accommodating for the adults, grandchildren and even our 4 month old grandson. We enjoyed the lake during the day and the firepit at night. 2021 Family Vacation

We had a great time at the Baxter House. It was fully equipped and comfortable. We walked to the two beaches and enjoyed kayaking in the lake. We enjoyed the large table for dinners and game night. Close to shopping and neighboring farms.

We purchased Cape Guinevere at Baxter Lake in 2016 from a lovely family who built the home in the 90’s and intended to retire here. We live in Newburyport, but have been vacationing in New Hampshire at Baxter Lake for many years. In fact, our family members retired right down the street from Cape Guinevere! Baxter Lake is close enough from Boston for a quick hour-and-forty-minute drive up after work, but it's a world away from the city. No light pollution, clean air, quiet and tranquil, Cape Guinevere at Baxter Lake is the perfect escape for a long weekend, or a full week's vacation in the summer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can tell from the home’s craftsmanship, attention-to-detail, and structural integrity that the original owners truly expected to live here year round, and for many years. It's a destination unto itself, but also close enough to grocery stores, hardware stores, craft stores, and restaurants (15 minutes away), skiing (45 minutes away), and day trips under an hour (Ogunquit, Dover, Portsmouth, Laconia, Lake Winnipesaukee, Maine, Outlet Shopping).

We escape the city for our home in the woods as often as possible, but we also love sharing our home with responsible families and groups of friends who will treat our home respectfully.
