Si lo que estás buscando es privacidad y encanto, ¡la Casa Hobbit lo es! Escondido en una tranquila calle residencial, está a solo una milla de Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Opry Mills Mall, películas, restaurantes, los paseos en General Jackson Showboat y fabulosos senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta. A solo 10 minutos del centro ya 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Nuestra acogedora casa tiene una VISTA IMPRESIONANTE del río Cumberland, baños en suite, TV de pantalla plana de 32 "y Wifi / cable. Tiene hermosos paneles de madera en todo el cuerpo principal de la casa y pisos de madera. Apto para 4 adultos. Tenemos una cocina bien surtida y ofrecemos ropa de cama agradable y lo esencial, como champú y jabón. Esta casa está en una calle donde se graban programas de televisión para dar la impresión de que el escenario está en el país. Esta fue nuestra casa durante varios años y nuestros amigos la llamaron Hobbit House. Las circunstancias nos obligaron a mudarnos a una casa más grande a solo 4 puertas de distancia, pero nos encantó demasiado esta casa para venderla, y Richard todavía cuida su huerta orgánico aquí. Ven a Nashville y disfruta de las atracciones, luego regresa a casa para relajarte y ver pasar las aves, la vida silvestre y los barcos. Everything was clean and ready. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The home is very well stocked with things you didn’t even know you’d need. The view is incredible and the bird feeder was always busy. Downtown Nashville was just a short drive away, and there was plenty to do near the home as well. The host were easy to reach and even came and filled the bird feeder when it was out. Wonderful place. Would stay again.

This property was absolutely wonderful, very clean, great views, very comfortable bed. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!

It was in a good location. We did a lot of Uber rides. Beds were super comfortable. Table chairs and couch cushions need replaced, nit comfortable. I would be nice to have comfortable seating outside ans a umbrella on the large deck. We did enjoy our stay, all necessities were there. Host was very sweet.

Perfect location to explore Nashville. Loved the deck overlooking Cumberland River. Cottage was exactly as photos portrayed. Interior was clean and tidy. Owner had homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely go back.

Perfect in every way. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was so hard to leave! Sherry and Richard are excellent hosts. So many wonderful thoughtful details. Morning coffee and bird watching on the deck was a favorite part of our trip to Nashville. Sleeping in the super comfy bed was another favorite part of our trip! And the location is awesome. Close to downtown, but there is also so much to do within a few miles of the cottage. Some of the BEST music we enjoyed was at the clubs just a few miles away. If we make it back to Nashville, we sure hope this very charming river cottage will be available for another stay!

This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of enjoying Nashville. It’s close to the Opry, airport and to major roads to get places. The home is cozy with a wonderful deck overlooking the river. The hosts have thoughtfully furnished the home with just about anything you might need.

Charming Cottage Excellent Location

Richard and Sherry were wonderful to work with! Communication was excellent. The cottage is very charming and peaceful with a great view of the river and birds. The location is terrific! Near the Grand Ole Opry and easy access to the freeway to visit all Nashville areas. We had an awesome stay.

Amazing rental!

My Dad, sister and I met in Nashville for a mini family reunion and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. First of all, Sherry and Richard are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We were fortunate to meet them and they could not have been nicer, and the touches that they added like having coffee and cookies available was extra special. The location is fantastic, in a beautiful and quiet setting but close to stores, restaurants and a 15-20 minute drive downtown. This is advertised as two bedrooms, but also has a separate room with twin bunk beds. The two bathrooms are within the other two rooms, so there is not a communal bathroom which could maybe be a small issue depending on who you are traveling with (you have to go into someone's room to use a bathroom, even in the middle of the night) but it didn't bother us at all. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone.
