Relax and reboot at this fantastic cottage, which accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Take in wonderful park views from the scenic patio, enjoy a relaxing soak in your private hot tub, or kick back and watch favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. When you’re ready to eat, whip up tasty meals and vacation drinks in the fully equipped kitchen -- complete with a frozen concoction maker!

As part of the island-inspired community of Margaritaville Resort Orlando, enjoy a destination within itself -- complete with fantastic dining, vibrant entertainment, and one-of-a-kind amenities.
Make a splash in three lagoon-style pools and the 14-acre waterpark, or pamper yourself with custom-designed treatments at the signature spa. Frustrating change

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frustratingly we had to move property during our stay due to problem with power. Lights and sockets were not working in the first property (3075 pirate way). The staff were very responsive when contacted for assistance, but ultimately the problem could not be rectified. We moved across the road to a “similar” property which unfortunately had a less suitable layout, particularly the kitchen was much smaller which was much less suitable than the original property. The bedroom layouts were also less suitable for our family and also the hot tub area was much less private. I understand that it made sense to move rather than continue to experience power supply problems but we felt the new property was not as suitable as the original.I would recommend the original property 3075 pirate way.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Drove up and was confronted by a couple of swingers who used our hot tub without permission. Said something to the front desk and nothing was done. Hot tub was dirty, and we didn't use it. Will we come back? probably not. Food at pool has forced gratuity on it or you have to say something about it to get it removed, putting you in a ****** situation of calling out rudeness. Disney has lost its way, and everyone connected to it is as bad. People who read reviews are consumers like I am, and this was just too much.

A perfect vacation

The cottage was clean, well stocked, and perfect for my husband, our two teenagers, and me. We used the private hot tub almost every night which was a great way to unwind. The cottage is in a perfect location to be able to easily walk to the pools, resort, the waterpark, and Sunset Walk. We’ve gone to many different places in FL for Spring Break over the years and we all agree that the cottages at Margaritaville Resort Orlando was our favorite by far. It’s a perfect mix of resort amenities and a spacious place to call home at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo

Great condo. Location was great, close to the hotel, pool, gym, etc.. Would definitely book again. Only opportunity for the condo would be to get a normal size ironing board. The 2 foot table ironing board was such a pain, especially if you have to go somewhere nice like a wedding. Just not a practical ironing board. Almost went and bought one myself at the Target close by.

AC was nice and cold, beds are soft, lots of pillows, and nice dining table for family to eat at. Problem was floor was so dirty that after walking on it barefoot for 5 min everybodys feet bottoms were black!! So we had to wear shoes entire time inside the house. Even after a shower, put shoes right back on. Speaking of showers, 4 towels for 6 people? Annoyance, just had to do laundry daily. Dishwasher wasn't working, no power. Could been fuse, etc but no access to check... Its a 5 star property that just needs cleaned properly...

3075 Pirate Way Margaritaville Orlando

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay here @ Margaritaville Orlando and our first @ 3075 Pirate Way. Our week long stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The only two issues we had were the cleanliness of the floor on the first level. We contacted the Vstays front desk and it was immediately taken care of by sending someone to mop the entire first floor. Also there were only two chairs and only one lounge chair on the back deck next to the hot tub. When contacted about getting more chairs we were told that there was nothing that could be done. As for the rest of the home it was immaculately clean well and well stocked. The location couldn’t have been more convenient with all the resort amenities within a five minute walk. As well as the restaurants at Sunset Walk being ten minutes. Overall I would give this property a 9.8 out of 10 perfect for couples looking to escape and feel like you’re on your own tropical Island. We will return!

Simply because the management did not want to honor a reservation made through Expeedia. If you are not going to do that, make sure you pull your inventory.

We prefer to be within a short walk of the Pool & Exercise areas. Sunset Walk is a wonderful experience and we have found value in each of the Cottages we've visited. This year, the only negative we had was that the bar soap provided was useless.

We had one outdoor chair (despite having an outdoor patio table and two balconies). We had one Sun lounger chair for four of us. We had a coffee maker, but it required filters. No dish clothes or dish towels. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There were soap containers in the shower, but they were empty. The cottage was pretty clean, however the ceiling fans were pretty dirty and we discarded our slippers before leaving to travel home because they were black after walking on the floors for our five night stay. The back of our cottage is extremely close to our four closest neighbours, so there is zero privacy. The edges of the hot tub were dirty and the water levels were low. The filter for the hot tub was just laying on top of it’s case so I wonder how often the tubs are inspected or tested. The main pool area is amazing! So beautiful and relaxing. They had live music most of the days we were there. My only complaint about the shared pool area is the price of drinks. I got a margarita and my daughter got a virgin frozen raspberry drink. The total was $30.00. Dave (The Fun Ambassador), was so friendly and a lot of fun to talk to. Other than him, the hospitality was really lacking for us. We didn’t find the staff to be very friendly or welcoming. We have been to Margaritaville in Maya riviera twice and loved it, but felt that this Margaritaville resort fell way short of what we have experienced before.

Hello Sunshine Cottage - cutest home away from home ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at a two bedroom cottage on Pirate way that had an outside hot tub. Each bedroom had its own on suite bathrooms. Kitchen appliances are excellent and washer and dryer were new. Cottage was perfect for our family. Cottage was a 3 minute walk from the pool at Margaritaville. The cottages are like a very small village with brightly colored cottages in assorted sizes that are all beautifully landscaped and maintained. The cottages have wonderful walking paths and a beautiful lake for walkers, joggers and dog walkers. Our weather was miserable. Very cold and rainy. Kept us from the pool 3 out of 5 of our days. The Margaritaville complex is amazing. Plus an extra bonus is Sunset Walk right outside the premise with all kinds of restaurants and shopping. All and all the weather wasn’t great but we still enjoyed ourselves and said we would definitely like to go back and stay at the cottages again!

We only live a couple hours away and we thought we’d Spend a couple of days at a local resort to celebrate our anniversary. Since check-in is 4 PM, the entire day is gone already. We arrived early to check out the amenities. What appears to be a resort vacation on videos and websites, it’s nothing more than a beach entry pool and a little tiki bar with crummy to go food in boxes. After a couple of hours we decided to go home. we never checked in or saw the cottage.
