The Space:
Boston's Retreat by Tiny Away is located in Inman Valley on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. The farm stay sits on a 15-acre block near the Inman Valley River. Alongside our holiday homes are the farm animals such as sheep, a cow, an emu, and alpacas.

See more of this South Adelaide town when you explore the Urimbirra Wildlife Park and see the kangaroos, koalas, or an emu. Walk along the white sands of Carrickalinga Beach or trails of Myponga Reservoir Reserve. If you love adventures you can stroll through woodland treks and challenging climbs to see the stunning at Ingalalla Falls.

A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bellas Haven," available with 24 hours' notice in advance which is approximately 30 meters away from the Boston's Retreat.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence.

ADVISORY:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- Please do not feed our grazing animals without the land host's permission.
- To help prevent power outages during your stay, please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances or sockets at the same time. Managing usage this way helps prevent power trips and ensures a smooth experience throughout your stay.

Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice:

- Initial load of firewood is provided free of charge. Extra firewood comes with a fee of $25 per load.

The Neighborhood:
Boston's Retreat by Tiny Away is located in Inman Valley, South Australia. Our tiny home is only a short drive from Victor Harbour and provides access to natural attractions. These holiday homes are also part of the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula making it the perfect escape to experience this South Adelaide region.

Get close encounters with Urimbirra Wildlife Park’s wildlife such as kangaroos, koalas, emus, and even live snake-handling shows. Discover the natural beauty of Ingalalla Falls, a family-friendly trail with creeks, rockpools, waterfalls, and picnic spots along the way.

Spend a relaxing day at Carrickalinga Beach for its white sand, clear waters, and local wildlife, or unwind at Myponga Reservoir, a peaceful reserve perfect for walking trails, picnics, and scenic water views.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 1.5 hours from Adelaide 2WD and 4WD

By public transport: We recommend guest to travel by private vehicle or organise transport for pick up. For more enquiries, please contact your land host 24 hrs before arrival or visit our valley view website. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- WiFi is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and weak for other networks.
- Please be advised that we have farm animals and pets on our property.
- Pets should be kept on leash at all times.
- Pets are allowed with 24 hours' notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Total Fire Ban Season: 1st November 2025 – 30th April 2026. During this period, fire pits will not be available.
BBQs: The Weber Q BBQs are still available for use unless otherwise specified by the CFS on extremely hot days.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Please remember to use one appliance at a time, but feel free to keep the air conditioning and lights on simultaneously.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
