Renovated open plan living areas and a modern kitchen fill most of the top floor and flow seamlessly to the deck via a bank of glass sliding doors. Enjoy alfresco dining on the deck that overlooks the pool and gardens of the courtyard below. The master bedroom suite, with a newly renovated ensuite and two way powder room, sits behind the kitchen and dining area and completes the top floor.
The lower levels offers two bedrooms each with access out to the courtyard areas. There is a fully equipped laundry and a full sized bathroom on this level that includes a corner spa bath.
You'll love the proximity to the beach and the cafes and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walk away. This is a fabulous home from which to enjoy your beachside escape.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Most beautifully renovated townhouse in great location
We absolutely loved our stay. This place has been renovated so beautifully and every aspect of the property has been considered. It is beautiful indoors and out, even fencing and side walkways are attractive. It is in a lovely location - short walk to local shops/cafes and beaches and near the surf club. Really secure yard for pets, with thought given to both shade and sunny spots, and also limited ability for pets to do damage, but absolutely beautiful at the same time with large protected tropical plants. This place is great for relaxing inside and outside. Huge smart TV, great for watching the football and the best large sofa ever. Thanks for having us!

Close to beach
Refreshed older unit , nice big kitchen with good appliances , BBQ and ( wood ) pizza oven.
Plunge pool refreshing in hotter days- the deck and front yard doesn’t get sun after lunchtime which in high summer probably a good thing. Beds comfortable. Good to have ceiling fan or aircon as options for cooling.
Quick walk down to beach ( 3 access points close by) and close to 2 different bus stops if you want to bus down to the Heads.
We did find the road the unit is on quite busy with traffic during work hours so not so relaxing when at home during the day.
Management personal excellent - friendly and responsive.
Overall comfortable weeks stay.

This duplex unit was spacious, comfortable and nicely renovated. It offered those extra touches in the kitchen like alfoil, olive oil, salt and pepper etc which is always appreciated. It was in a good position relative to the beach and Duke Street. The real estate was responsive and Karen was very kind. I do feel obligated to tell would-be-holiday-renters that there is a substantial multi-property development happening directly behind it which is not mentioned on either the real estate nor the Stayz site. We were woken at 6am each weekday morning with building noise that continued for the day. Furthermore, next door is quite a dilapidated property that had a couple of weed smoking gatherings in their yard next to the main bedroom of the unit. We would not stay here again. We did receive a small discount from the real estate which was good of them and which we appreciated. It’s important to be able to make an informed decision when choosing a place to stay. I hope this review helps people to do that.
