Just Beachy - Pet Friendly - 4 Mins Walk to Beach
There you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies in beautiful Culburra Beach.
This completely renovated two-level beach house provides every comfort and convenience and can accommodate a large family. With numerous lounges inside and out, and a hanging chair and a hammock in the backyard, Just Beachy is filled with spots to spread out and relax with a book or have a sneaky snooze. From the balcony you can listen to the waves crash with a coffee in the morning, or sip a glass of wine whilst you watch the sun set over mountain views in the evening.
The downstairs terrace with its lounge and shade is the ideal spot to chill out with a board game or snooze in the sun. Families with furry members can rest easy as the property is fully fenced, with dog bowls and toys provided, and with a living area on each floor, the whole family has space to relax. Kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix on the big screen upstairs whilst the kids have fun on the gaming console downstairs. At mealtimes, cook up a storm in the modern kitchen or out on the BBQ, and eat inside in the air conditioning or out on the balcony dining set that comfortably seats eight.
Cool off in the ocean nearby anytime you like and explore the local shops, then come back to rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and kick your feet up in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced with small gaps.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Perfect beach beach house, well presented, spanning over two levels and completely renovated. expansive living spaces on both levels to accommodate a large family. Bathroom on both levels including toilet and shower. Open plan living and dining upstairs with modern kitchen. Well kept and maintained garden and outdoor space with outdoor dining deck on the upper floor with mountain view and sounds of the ocean. Rear lane access and only 4 min walk to the beach. Outdoor shower along with hamock.
