A contemporary pool home with hot tub and games room located in the gated community of Westridge. Conviently placed for a wide variety of restaurants and attractions, including Disney under 25 mins drive.
The bright living area has vaulted ceilings and looks out to the pool deck, which faces west and enjoys the sunshine throughtout the afternoon. The private pool area has a hot tub as well as plenty of seating to relax. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost.
The recently updated kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar or share a meal together at the dining table.
There are three good size bedrooms and two recently updated bathrooms.
There are hours of fun to be had in the games room, including full size pool table.
The gated community of Westridge is conveniently located just off US Highway 27 with close proximity to an abundance of shops, restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. All the main attractions are in easy reach, with Disney under 25 minutes drive and Universal 35 minutes drive. The community is a popular resort for vacations and offers a large swimming pool, and clubhouse with lounge spaces and fitness facilities.
