Vista Unit + Bamboo House Close to the City & Airport & Train station and Beach
This place is a combination of two properties (Vista Unite, Bamboo house) at the same address with two separate entrance which can easily accommodate up to 15 people. Vista house is 3 huge three bedrooms unite, one-bathroom, a big green peaceful private balcony with kitchen dining and living area. The sleeping arrangement at Vista unit is for 6 people and includes two queen beds, one single bed and one sofa bed and the entrance is at front. The bamboo house entrance is at the back and contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge 5000 litter Koi Pond and very unique outdoor setting and kitchen, living and dining areas. The sleeping arrangement at bamboo house is for 9 people and includes three queen beds, two sofa beds and one floor mattress. So, in total the property contains six bedrooms, three bathroom, two fully functional kitchens and three dining table. This place is not designed for bigger crowed and party all night. But the guests can have their own civilized night with drink and dinner without disturbing me or Neighbours. Please do understand that you cannot invite more people and party all night.
Please read before you book: It’s a very safe neighbourhood. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there are plenty of free unlimited street parking always available. The checking in time is at 1 pm forward and check out at 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage in the laundry at any time for Please read before you book. It means that if you can leave you luggage at the laundry early morning and check in later. Or if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage at the laundry, have a wander in Sydney and pick them up later. There are security cameras in front of the house only for safety reasons. It’s a great place very close to airport, Arncliffe train station and City. Also bear in mind that only the number of booked guests allowed to the premises, please do not invite extra people presuming that they are not staying overnight. Unfortunately, we had cases that they invited over 10 to 15 people extra, saying that they are not staying, then it ended up strangers coming in and out the house, walking through front and back garden the entire night until next morning and causing me and all the neighbours restless and stressful night. This is not acceptable. This is a very family-oriented neighbourhood, close to airport, Arncliffe train station and city CBD. Loud music or partying all night is not permitted. You are very welcome, if you have a gathering with your group of friends or family having a reunion or planning to go to concert together, but you cannot play loud music or inviting many extra people or walking in and out of the house the entire night until next morning. Please let us know prior booking about your plan.
This unit is a great place to relax with family and friends. I behalf of myself and other who contribute to facilitate you stay, I welcome you, to my house. The neighbourhood is extremely safe, multiculturally populated and family oriented. Please do not invite extra guests with the assumption that they are not staying overnight. We are animal lovers, and I adopted 5 stray cats. They are very friendly especially if you offer them food. You see them wandering around the garden and chasing one another. They do not enter inside the house, and you don’t need to worry about allergy. Please let us know prior to booking about your plan. Hi, I am Payam, I am an entrepreneur who lives and works here in Sydney. I have a master degree of Animal Genetic which I was graduated long ago and now I am 53 years and about to start my new journey and study master's degree in clinical psychology. I find it that human psychic and the completion is extremely fascinating and want to explore more and help people. We all have our solo stories, ups and downs, high and low, love and break up. I am Kurd and originally from Iran. I do believe good in everyone and even the worst of us if we tap in in the good parts, always better outcomes, will emerge. Please do understand this place is not for party and drinking and dancing all night with loud music. There are places like clubs and venues, designated for that. Btw I love animal and I think the world without them will be very cold and soulless. I have adopted a stray cat, Charlie who lives with me at the granny flat and does not enter other properties. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there are plenty of free unlimited street parking always available. The checking in time is at 1 pm forward and check out at 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage at the laundry at any time for checking in or out. it means that if you can leave you luggage at the laundry early morning and check in later. Or if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage at the laundry, have a wander in the beautiful Sydney and pick up later. again, it’s a very safe area and close to the airport. it’s a 7 mins walk to Arncliffe Train Station, 7 mins drive from the Airport and about 30 minutes far from City by trains. You can also easily access to Taxi and uber to airport or any other destination. There is also a very short walking distance to local grocery shop (3 mins walk) , IGA , restaurant , coffee shops, Thai restaurant and take away, Kebab shop.
