Bray House Ski-In Ski-Out Family Home

Summary:

The Bray House is a classic, two-level, mountain home tucked away at the end of a private wooded cul-de-sac in Teton Village, offering guests a great location in either winter or summer. There is a large deck with lots of opportunity to enjoy the Jackson Hole fresh air! Winter guests will appreciate the heated boot room with benches and boot dryers before taking advantage of the ski-on/ski-off access available when conditions allow operation of the Moose Creek Chairlift.

The front door of the Bray House leads into a sizable entry area with plenty of closet space.



There is a large, well-equipped kitchen featuring a sunny breakfast nook that seats 6, and a convenient pass-through window into the dining area.



The dining room table easily accommodates 10 people. The spacious living room offers stunning views of Sleeping Indian Mountain from oversized picture windows. The north wall is constructed entirely of rock and contains a large wood-burning fireplace.  A flat screen television, DVD, and stereo make this a very comfortable room to relax in after a day on the slopes.



Management provides all guests with access to free wireless internet, expanded basic cable packages and free local calling as part of their rental rate. 



Adjacent to both the living room and kitchen is an over-sized outdoor deck.



A picnic table, built-in seating, deck furniture and a 6-person Jacuzzi make this a great outdoor space.  



A large BBQ grill is also located on the deck, providing the perfect opportunity to create your own western BBQ In Wyoming.



On the main level of the Bray House there is a king bedroom with a full bath.



The stairway leads down into a roomy den area. Once the privacy screen is drawn, it doubles as a 5th bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV.



The king master bedroom is to the left and has an en-suite bath and fireplace.



On the other side of the den space is one Twin bedroom. 



Down the long hallway is the second Twin bedroom with extra long twins. 



Each of these rooms have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.



All the bathrooms have been renovated with natural stone tiles.



Additional storage and laundry facilities are in the hall between the twin bedrooms.  



No pets are allowed without prior approval.



Children are welcome and the space is perfect for families.



Guest Access:

You will have access through a touchpad code that you will be given the day before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Bray house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by woods to the North and South and other high end homes on large blocks to the east and west.



You can ski in and ski out, walk to Teton Village (10 minutes) and you will not be disturbed by neighbours or parties and other guests.



Getting Around:

You can ski in and ski out (before 2:30pm as Moose Creek Chairlift closes at 2:30 pm)



Otherwise you can walk to the village or drive and park your cars at the house.



There is also a free village shuttle that operates about every 15-30 minutes from 7:00am - 11:00pm in the winter.



Other Things to Note:

Bray house is a family home that we have loved and lived in for over 40 years. It is comfortable, reliable, has a good design and will make any group feel at home and relaxed.



It is not a mega mansion with the highest end appliances or designer switches.



We welcome any guests that can live without their Wolf Fridges and smart ovens for a while and can love the house for what it is.
