Large character style home available for professional or executive families. The home is located in a quiet residential area of Whyalla, close to town, with views from the verandah over the Spencer Gulf. The property is close to the Whyalla Foreshore and the beautifully manicured Ada Ryan Gardens (3-minute drive, 18-minute walk)
Residence is fully optioned for those longer term stays - air-conditioned, fireplace, BIR, fridge, new kitchen, dishwasher, facilities etc.
Available for mid to long term rentals - min 21 days, max 6 months.

The property is a beautiful stone fronted character home built in the post war period 1940s.
There are 2 spacious carpeted bedrooms (one with king size bed and antique freestanding wardrobe, and the other with queen size bed and substantial built in robes), and a seperate study room with built in desk units and drawers which can cater for 2 people working at the same time.
Note: additional double bed can be added to seperate dining room if required (allowing up to 6 guests, across 3 sleeping areas).
Clean and well maintained federation style bathroom and laundry with quality Bosch washing machine and condenser dryer.
The lovely and light modern hampton-style kitchen is brand new, with stone benchtops and new appliances - including Bosch Dishwasher, Bosch built in microwave and freestanding oven with ceramic glass hotplates. There is also a double door fridge with cold water dispenser.
The property has been set up with high quality furnishings, fittings and facilities. The bedrooms have all been furnished with Sheridan cotton bedding, and the bathroom also includes quality Sheridan bath towels/sheets.
The kitchen has everything you need - plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, serving dishes etc and guests also have access to a quality pressure/slow cooker, slow press juicer, kettle, toaster and food processor to whip up those delicious and healthy family meals!
The main living and dining area, kitchen/family room and both bedrooms are serviced by high quality reverse cycle split systems. The 2 bedroom units include brand new high quality Mitsubishi units and provide whisper quiet night operation.
Sonos speakers are available in the formal lounge / dining and the family/kitchen area - which you can link or group via the wi-fi to play your favourite music via Spotify, Apple Music or similar streaming service (with your own paid subscription). The TV is also wi-fi enabled and has Netflix and other streaming apps available (with guest access via your own paid subscription).
Pets are allowed, by negotiation with the host, and at the host's complete discretion.
Additional double bed can be set-up in the separate dining room if extra beds are required. Please contact host to discuss prior to booking.
Given the residential nature of the house location, please be respectful of neighbours.
For longer term stays, condition of booking will require guests to water and maintain front and rear garden areas (watering is the main requirement should Whyalla experience warm weather over a prolonged period). Instructions will be provided at the time of guest check-in.
