We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we had a few hiccups but owner was very efficient with getting it taken care of. Highly recommend staying here. Close to parks and everything we wanted to do. Heated pool and hot tub was worth the extra since we had a few cold nights.

The interior of the villa is great. It has everything you could possibly need and some. We had a problem with the AC which was dealt with very promptly even though it was a Sunday. The only disappointment was the outside area which needs a deep clean, I had to scrub the table before we could even consider using it. But this was a minor thing that should not deter anyone from renting.

A beautiful villa with a fantastic pool. We loved the layout and the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfy! Aircon temp was great- we always felt comfortable. Everything was clean on arrival and we had no issues throughout our stay.The villa was in a lovely quiet location, just a short drive to Disney parks. We loved it. Thank you so much.

Over all had a great stay at the villa. We did lose power one morning from 3am to 6am it appeared that the neighbor lost power too. kitchen had all the appliances needed to cook and prepare food,tidy and well kept. Perfect location for visiting Disney. I will say if you are visiting Universal parks (as we did) consider closer or staying east of I-4 because the traffic is INSANE I believe it has to do with the close proximity to the Disney parks. This doesn’t reflect how much of a gem this place is. Would recommend to a friend.

Maybe because I'm a little what some people would call " extra ". But, I call it cleanliness. That being said, the place is really in need of TLC. Starting with the horrible mattresses, ( when 8 & 12 yr old complain about the beds) you know it's serious. Then some of the furniture and bedding is worn( lm talking about old and dingy. The place should be deep clean every 6 moths which should include the blinds, fixtures and A/C vents. Now, the pool area , which the kids loved, needs to power washed( that area is on the dingy side as well. The things I have mentioned may not be of any concerns for other people. But, for me a janitorial business owner and a person who "really" like things clean, it was a ok place.

Absolutely wonderful

Pulling up, we knew we made the right choice. The house was absolutely beautiful on the outside and the inside. It was so clean and pretty. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved the game room. the neighborhood was lovely. We will definitely be back- highly recommend!l!!

Nice House

We stayed at the house as my daughter was in a basketball tournament. It was a nice house and close to the ESPN Center where we played. We were able to make dinner after the game in the nice kitchen. Everything was clean and well organized. We would stay there again.

Very pleasant!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came here for a relaxing weekend for my friend's birthday and this place was great for that! Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful and clean home, fair rules... our only complaint would be that the hot tub wasn't heated and we had no idea we had to pay 70 a day for it to be heated until AFTER we booked it. Other than that everything else was very pleasant and we were very happy with our stay here!

Great house

Very clean house with lots of rooms. Pool was clean and warm (we chose to have it heated). There is a 30 page binder of various instructions for your stay, including having to strip the beds and start laundry before leaving.

Very convenient location for Disney!

We had a good stay, the house was around 15-20 minutes to Disney World, which was very convenient! The pool and spa were both very nice and helpful for relaxing after a long day at Disney WorldHosts were very quick to answer any questions.One note is to read the entire listing. I missed the part about the thermostat only going down to 72, as a hot sleeper, that wasn't ideal, but we made it work. All in all, it was a great stay and made for a good home base for our family's first Disney World trip!

Perfect for a family

The property looks just like the pictures provided online. The host Michel was very responsive. My kids enjoyed the pool so much, they didn’t want to leave the house! We paid for late check out , which was amazing! The kids swam all morning out last day. The beds were comfortable as well! Thank you for hosting my family!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well, and the kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a lovely round glass table with four chairs. The living room is cozy with a large TV, and there’s also a separate dining area for meals.The garage includes a large washer and dryer, plus fun extras like a foosball table and table hockey. For families, the house comes equipped with a stroller, an infant car seat, and a toddler car seat—super convenient. It’s a perfect setup for four adults and four children.The home is tastefully decorated and truly feels like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly responsive—when we had an issue with the AC, it was resolved quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.

Perfect Location

The house was very nice and close to everything you need especially all Disney parks. We would suggest however that the management company invest in some updating. There were some important missing details such as sponges, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent just to name a few. The linens were quite worn/stained and are easily replaceable. If you are traveling with young children -the glass tables and mirrors might be a hazard. We did have difficulty reaching the management company when the towel rack fell out of the wall leaving a large hole. Once again, the house was in an ideal location and was very clean.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
