Come make your family memories at Vista Verde North 3-216: an updated Second Floor Vista Verde North Condo at Isla Del Sol with great golf course views! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath unit will sleep six guests comfortably with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has completely new furnishings, flat-screen TVs, Free WiFi, and an amazing golf course view. Vista Verde North has a lovely pool and spa, too. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful NEW listing!! Note: A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season. No last minute bookings, the association needs at least 15 days notice. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. Additional information will be needed. A background check is required along with a signed rental agreement.
Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, and some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper’s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.
The Island is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park, and Fort DeSoto`s North Beach, which is one of America`s top beaches. St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has various accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to the classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Lovely place to stay
We loved staying here. Nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer. Great communication with the host, which is very important. Stayed on the island many times, this is one of our favorites! The only negative, no pool/beach towels.

Lovely condo, very clean complex with pool and hot tub very close! It was quiet and friendly:) very close to many beaches and restaurants!!! Had 3 beach chairs!

Great Condo
My son and I stayed here while visiting local colleges. The condo was clean and stocked with some start up necessities for our stay. Loved the convenience of going home from vacation with clean clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just what we needed
The property is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, only about a 5 minute to St Pete Beach, and easy access to 275 in the other direction. The kids enjoyed being able to walk across the parking lot to the pool. Everything was very clean with ample towels and linens.
The only slight downside, which is to no fault of anyone, is that the walls between the units seem fairly thin and we could often hear the neighbors talking, even late at night after they arrived a few days after we did.
Overall, I'd stay again and have already recommended it to several friends!
