We felt like we were staying in a nice home in a nice neighborhood, yet it was easy to visit tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen and nearby groceries.

Excellent location, very clean, had ample space for our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 teenagers). Very close to two subway lines, grocery, and restaurants. Also a nice quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer also is a plus!!! 100% recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa! The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. The place was well-stocked and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, within minutes walk to the train station. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way.

This house was amazing! This was perfect for our family. It was spacious and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. It was close to subway transportation. And was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Tanuki was AMAZING in every way. She always responded to my messages super quick and was extremely helpful! All my kids loved this place. When we come back to Tokyo next time, we absolutely would choose to stay here again!

Great communication from the host and no issues. Drying room is great for washing and our family of 6 (2 adults, four kids) really enjoyed our chill out time here. Multiple train lines close by, easy access to shops and supermarkets made it pleasant for us.

Excellent option in Shunjuku

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The neighborhood is safe and easy to reach (it sits netween to different subway lines). The listing is accurate and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a coffee maker, coffee and toaster, which were such a treat to find in Japan. The showers were great, and we really appreciated how well equipped the space was overall.The location couldn’t have been better—just down the street from the subway, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all close by. We always felt very safe in the area and truly enjoyed our time here. We’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tokyo!

We loved the location and easy access to trains and nearby 7-11 and grocery. The house was wonderful for 4 adults, and big enough to accommodate more. We had a toilet get plugged during the stay and help was sent right away and resolved. I look forward to recommending this house to other friends that will visit. Worth every bit!

We brought our 4 teenagers and we all fit comfortably. 1st floor had room with two beds, separate bathroom, shower/tub and was having machine, large sink area. 2nd floor had large living room, large kitchen and bathroom. 3rd floor had 3 bedrooms. Very close to 7-11 and train station. There were a lot of stairs but we knew that ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend it!

Good location/ clean

We had a group of 8. My family of four with two adult children, my sisters family of 3 and my mother. Accommodations were a little tight with a couple of the rooms being small but was comfortable enough. The living room offered enough space all of us to relax in and everything was clean and in great condition. There is a great street close by that offers plenty of restaurants and access to the subway is only a couple of minute walk

Lovely Tokyo Home

This was quite a nice lodging for may family of 5. The beds were comfortable and everyone even had their own room, which my two adult sons and daughter appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to a number of stations so getting around Tokyo was quite easy. The unit is three stories tall with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry on the first floor, kitchen, living room and toilet on the second floor; and three bedrooms on the third floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Our host was wonderful and checked in on us at the beginning of our stay. Great place!

Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes by train to most major Tokyo attractions. Tanuki is a great host. Checks to see you are OK via text. The home has all conveniences that are simple to use. TV easily synced to my Netflix and other subscription channels. Highly recommend for families. We had seven total, with two small children; it was perfect for us.

Very modern and spacious (japanese standard)

We enjoyed this house as it’s clean and spacious for a family of 5. In a residential area and quiet. Near train station and some restaurant within 10mins walking distance. The only inconvenient was one shower in the bottom floor and the small toilet was downstairs on the middle floor. There are no basic condiments for cooking so make sure you plan accordingly. We discovered a big supermarket aeons a day before our flight home where we bought alot if good and cheap wagyu beef and pre-package food. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would recommend to all. Host was very responsive and was kind enough to let us check out 2 hours later but we ended up checked out earlier.

We don’t facilitate any condiment for the safety point of view, our cleaning staff will throw away all the used condiments after guests leaving, please kindly understand.
