The beachside master bed and bathroom wing is totally separate from the other bedrooms connected by an elevated boardwalk. The master suite with a huge freestanding bath is certainly the best place to lay, relax and enjoy the amazing views across the Coral Sea with a champagne in hand of course! Or why not lay out underneath the stars on the floating deck that reaches out towards the beach and Whitsunday Islands beyond?

The additional four upstairs bedrooms which are located in the other wing also have balconies with spectacular elevated ocean views.

Those who love to cook will adore the expansive gourmet kitchen complete with a huge island bench and high-end appliances. A large second fridge is located in the garage as well as a mini bar and climate controlled wine fridge in the bar area of the home for overflow provisions.

There is an abundant choice of dining and entertaining areas all of which enjoy a seamless indoor- outdoor lifestyle. Firstly, there is the BBQ beachside, dining pavilion where you can enjoy afternoon cocktails, take a dip in the sea or shimmering pool or simply relax in either the bubbling, heated or cold spa. Alternatively choose to literally take a stepping stone into a “ floating” dining gazebo with vaulted ceiling; a peaceful sanctuary where three walls disappear as glass bifold open completely to flowing water and fountains.

Finally there is the inside/ outside dining option alongside the deck and pool and closest to the kitchen for easy meal presentation

There are two distinct, indoor entertaining areas. The first space is beachside and adjacent to the kitchen area and the other is poolside, offering a bar with soft lighting and movie room which flows onto an expansive pool bathing deck. Here you can enjoy a cocktail beside the pool looking onto the amazing sea views or close the automated block out blinds for a movie experience
