This space overlooks a large reserve, offering stunning views of the open paddocks stretching from the hills to the sea. The perfect spot for your pets and children to explore.

There are 3 bedrooms including 2 x Double and 2 x Singles to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Each bedroom contains ceiling fans and an electric heater. 1 bathroom to include a combined shower and bath, 2 x WC and 1 living area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to the outdoor entertaining.

It is only a 5-minute drive to Normanville and to the Links Lady Bay Golf Course featuring fine dining for lunch or dinner. Another 10 minutes further south you will reach Wirrina Hotel and Golf Course, where you will likely share the course with kangaroos! Fishing and diving are also very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting a broad selection of wines to taste, plus the popular Smiling Samoyed boutique brewery at nearby Myponga where you can also walk, fish or kayak around the reservoir.

Bathrooms: 1 x full bathroom including shower/bath, vanity, and WC. The second WC is in the laundry.
Facilities: Open plan dining, and living, electric appliances, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, flat-screen TVs, DVD Wi-Fi, laundry facilities including washing machine, BBQ, large undercover outdoor entertaining.
Heating/cooling: R/C split system air conditioner to the living area, electric heaters to all bedrooms, ceiling fans to all bedrooms.

Fenced: Fully fenced yard (the decked area is also fully fenced)
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers, all mattress protectors, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
