Enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach, town, river, marina, hospital, airport and university, all within 2 km from your doorstep. Relax in the spacious living room with a TV and ultra-modern kitchen, & dine indoors or outdoors, depending on your mood. This house is perfect for anyone wanting a comfortable & peaceful prime location.
Other things to note
A lovely children's park is adjacent to the decked backyard, accessible through a private locked door. Kids will love it. Please keep them supervised.
Pets? We adore our furry friends and are delighted to welcome your dog! Please remember to tick the "pet" box when booking, as a pet fee applies to your stay. To help us keep the place beautiful for all our guests, we kindly ask that you ensure no pet hair or waste/accidents. If professional cleaning is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Stayed 4 nights with my daughter and 2 grandsons. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen and bathroom facilities perfect. Simon was a great host. Local Koalas were absolutely beautiful .. wonderful family memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Simon’s house in Port Macquarie. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds were extremely comfortable. Too many places skimp on quality beds and the difference is noticeable. Simon had some great tips for the area. We loved our beach walks, visits to Frankies cafe and the bread and doughnuts from Barcino bakery. We’d can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Property

From the moment we met the owner it was obvious to see the property was going to be better than expected.Not only was it very clean but it was decked out with nice glasses, great fridge, crockery, cutlery, cleaning products etc. We will definitely stay there again.Cheers Sheryl Eade

Simon and Lin were excellent hosts. Simon was there to greet us and hand over the keys. Everything about the property was spot-on. Kitchen was more than well equipped. I would certainly return to the same property if I were to return to Port Macquarie. Simon even allowed an extended check-out. Excellent.

Lovely time with the family

A shared space with extended family for a week. Three household units under one roof in a lovely spot in Port Macquarie. We loved it.

Beautiful Holiday Home

This is a beautiful holiday home. We stayed 9 nights. Even though I messed up on the dates, Simon was so gracious and accommodated us a day early. The house is very roomy, main bedroom with king bed/ensuite, so comfy, and 3 queen bed bedrooms. The beds are sooo comfortable, had the best nights sleep. Everything you needed was supplied and more. A lovely bowl of fresh fruit on the dining table. Milk and butter were in the fridge. Coffee station with all you need supplied. Lovely outdoor patio backing onto childrens park which can be accessed by locked gate. You are a few minutes drive (can be walked) from shopping centers, river and beaches. I could go on and on. This really is great accommodation. Thank you Simon.

Coastal Holiday and Family Catchup

We had an excellent stay in this property. Very clean and comfortable with a great set up in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Communicating with Simon was no problem at all. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location is convenient to the centre of Port Macquarie.

Lovely new modern home

Simon was extremely friendly, helpful and left a few "extras" for us to help us settle in. The house was basically brand new, in fantastic condition and excellent for familes. There was also a park & playground out the back gate which our little one enjoyed playing at. Good location, close to shops & short drive to beach/harbour. Definitely recommend staying.

The owner Simon, greeted us when we arrived, gave us a tour of his property. First impressions were great , it was huge and clean , we really enjoyed our stay , close to everything, would go back .
