Located along Florida’s stunning Forgotten Coast in historic Port St. Joe — just minutes
from Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas — this charming coastal community offers the
perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and small-town coastal charm.

Paradise Isle is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home designed for comfort
and connection. Ideal for active families, retreat groups, fishing trips, weekend getaways,
and long winter escapes, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates the perfect gathering
space. The fully stocked kitchen offers generous counter space and overlooks the living
room so conversations never have to pause. Each bedroom includes its own TV, and the
living room features a large screen and cozy seating for movie nights. A walk-in utility room
with a full-size washer and dryer adds convenience during longer stays.

Step outside to enjoy covered front and back patios, complete with comfortable seating.
The back patio includes a fire pit, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The
unfenced backyard overlooks a peaceful, forest-backed pond — a serene backdrop for
morning coffee or evening relaxation. A gas grill and stocked garage full of beach gear
round out the outdoor amenities.

Paradise Isle is proudly pet-friendly, ensuring every member of the family gets to enjoy the
beach life. With parking for up to three vehicles, the home is designed for easy, stress-free
vacationing.

The WindMark Beach community offers a wealth of amenities: a large community pool with
zero-entry access, playground, boardwalks, bike trails, community fire pits, and a lively
Town Center featuring a pizza parlor, brunch café, spa, shops, and The Mill — a local
favorite for live music and game nights.

Whether you’re soaking up the sun on the dazzling white-sand beach, exploring the trails,
or relaxing fireside under the stars, Paradise Isle provides everything you need for a
memorable coastal escape.

Pet friendly — maximum quantity, type, and additional fees apply. A refundable fee is
required for use of the electric 6-seat golf cart.

False Advertising of Property and Lack of Best Business Practices

The property was fabulous, roomy, well-kept, & well-stocked.We loved the community with amenities, slower-paced atmosphere, & proximity to downtown PSJ and MB.Our Spring Break had the making for a perfect stay with the exception of 1 thing that should have been resolved in less than 24 hours, yet it took 13 days.We specifically rented this property because the 6-seater golf cart was included with the rental.We are a family of 5, and one of our children has special needs, so for us, the golf cart was not a luxury but a necessity, and again, the sole reason we selected this property. When we checked in, we realized that something was wrong with the battery, as it couldn't charge. We contacted the management company that night & the next morning & were told that someone would come look at it.We were also told that we would either be pro-rated or they would get us a golf cart.The maintenance man didn't get there until after 12, and stated he had been there before to look at the cart, and the owners needed to do something about it because it wasn't working properly. I was then told that we would be pro-rated or they would get us a cart to use. Calls each day of our stay were not answered or pushed to someone else. Our Spring Break ended & we didn't have a golf cart nor had they given us back any money. The golf cart is the very first picture on the rental. This is false advertising. 13 days later we received a portion back, that was less than the cost had we rented our own cart.

I'm glad to hear that you were compensated for it. Hopefully, that alleviates some of the frustration. Just wanted to let you know that the owner recently purchased a brand new golf cart. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a much smoother experience.
