Perfectly located in a quiet street a short drive from beaches, cafes, wineries & Mornington Peninsula's best sites for you to enjoy.
Our calming & stylish home is ready for you & your favourite people to relax & enjoy.
The perfect place for a couples retreat away with 4 generous sized bedrooms - the master with private ensuite & walk in robe - as well as 3 seperate living rooms when you need some time out.
The formal living room with gas fire place is our favourite spot to snuggle up & enjoy a movie on a chilly night.
The open plan dining & stunning kitchen with top quality appliances, including two ovens is perfectly set up for the chef of the house & overlooks the gorgeous garden, alfresco area & amazing heated mineral swimming pool.
Relax into the evening by enjoying a BBQ on the outdoor dining table before opening your favourite bottle of local wine next to the outdoor fire pit.
Entire property except garage - no guest access to garage.
Close by if you need anything during your stay.
Please note there are external security cameras at the front, sides & rear of the house.
Enjoy a complimentary late check-out on Sundays over the winter period, available upon request, so you can slow down and ease out of the weekend in comfort.
We kindly ask that no food or red wine is consumed in the formal living area with the gas fireplace.
**please note the pool is electric and is only heated between November-April. Any other time of year the pool is not heated**
