Experience restful nights on new memory foam mattresses and plush down featherbeds, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and queen-over-queen bunk beds in the guest room. Wake up on chilly winter mornings to the comfort of radiant floor heating in both bathrooms, and unwind in your personal in-unit sauna and jacuzzi tubs after a day of adventure.

Stay connected with high-speed internet and two designated workspaces, ideal for remote work or school. Show off your culinary skills in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances (as of summer 2024). The open-concept living area invites you to curl up by the fireplace, whether you're enjoying a book, a board game, or a movie night with family and friends. Three flat-screen TVs throughout the condo provide cable and access to your favorite streaming channels.

Your stay at Highridge Haven includes access to the stunning Highridge sports center, featuring a community pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, game room, and tennis courts. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

Winter Guests: Enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, along with a ski-home trail on the Highridge Ski Trail.

Summer Guests: Take advantage of mountain bike trail access from the Killington Mountain Bike Trail System, or enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the clay courts.

Things to keep in Mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
