There is central AC and Heating, new generation washer and dryer, additional towels and linen, throws and pillows, additinal chairs and an extra foldable chair.

The house has NO stairs, so everything is on the same floor.

The rules are:

NO SMOKING - you can smoke outside
NO PETS.

House is opened with a code, exterior of the house is monitored with security cameras and door bell camera.
