Find a fun escape in one of NZ's most renowned beach towns. Located in the heart of the Mount, our sunny house is fully equiped with a sunny front yard. Just 5 minute walk to the beach & 5 minute drive to Bayfair Mall or Mt Main Street. Close to Central Parade shops, backs onto New World supermarket. Nice neighbourhood, we live next door, so we only rent to families or responsible groups and not to party people, or groups under 21 yrs.

Our house is a 12 year old Lockwood home and we have tastefully decorated the house for your holiday enjoyment. The house is fully equipped, we even supply your beach towels!

**House is now open to book for stays one month or longer for 2024 from 15 June 2024 and for Summer 24/25. Most years we have guests from Canada, Australia, USA or abroad who rent our house for long term stays, such as for work or long term golfing holidays etc. To request to stay for long term please request to book for more than 28 days and we can liaise with your for your specific trip needs, such as length of stay and prices for long stays.**

Enter the house from the deck into the lounge, dining and kitchen area with Freeview TV on the wall. Bring your Sky box if you have one as there's a sky dish on the roof. Off the kitchen is the back door leading out to the clothes line. New World Supermarket car park is over the back fence, the supermarket is open from 7am-9pm daily. We haven't had guests complain about noise from the supermarket, as the house opens out to the front of the section, but if you have a child/baby sleeping in the back rom there may be noise during the busy Christmas period.
The Master bedroom is sunny with a Queen bed and TV.
The second bedroom has a bunk, all bedrooms have wardrobes. Please note that the bunk beds are for children or small adults.

Enjoy hassle free holidays, we are happy to help you with any questions or requests. We live next door and love our neighbourhood, it's in a quiet street, with great neighbours, hence we don't want partiers or teenagers renting the house.

Located just a 5 minute walk to the beach & 5 minute drive to Bayfair Shopping Mall or Mt Maunganui Main St. The house is on Campbell Rd, conveniently around the corner from New World Supermarket and central Parade shops, which inclue a green grocer, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, 2 bike rental shops and hair dressers. Also for the golf enthusiasts the Mount club is 2.3 km away and an easy 4 minute drive as well. Blake park, tennis courts, netball courts and the new skate park is just around the corner.

Please note the house is at the back of the section and is not fully fenced for toddlers. You can park on the grass in front of the house and need to walk up 4 steps to the porch, as seen in the photos.
