Moderno, (totalmente renovado), bien diseñados aire libre áreas para la familia y amigos "Get Together", muy tranquilo (causa 400 metros del mar), plenamente con vistas al Big Blue, y el sur orientados permitiendo fantásticas puestas de sol sobre la piscina infinita y el mar , esta propiedad propietario ha sido pensado para relajarse en un ambiente seguro y disfrutar de la hospitalidad griega.

La propiedad es de 120 km (1h30) desde el aeropuerto de Atenas, o del centro de Atenas todo por autopista y cerca de Delphi y en el camino hacia las Termópilas o meteoritos.

Esta propiedad cuenta con 4 dormitorios principales con su propio cuarto de baño, 1 habitación individual y 1 niño / adolescente habitación para 4 niños. Cada dormitorio y la sala de estar, están totalmente equipadas con unidades de aire acondicionado, redes de más de cada uno de las ventanas, con vistas al mar al sur, porche fresco y grandes terrazas sombreadas.
Esta propiedad está totalmente asegurada con un sistema de alarma y el jardín completamente cerrado, y al menos 2 en el interior de aparcamiento propiedad.
Esta propiedad ofrece completa Wifi y televisión vía satélite internacional.

Pero el mejor lugar de todos, junto al moderno, renovado y limpio en interiores, es nuestra elegante piscina de 60m2, con la natación pasillo de 15 m de largo y un jacuzzi para 5, una zona de playa agradable para el pequeño una vez, un solarium de 100m2 de teca con muebles de la puerta de madera y diseñado a cabo, un "surfistas" bar de la piscina que todo el mundo no puede escapar, un sofá de piedra 7 m esquina frente a la puesta de sol, una mesa de ping-pong beton para un sinfín de juegos y un francés "campo de Petanca" para un reto familiares y amigos concursos, un buen vegetal biológica jardín mediterráneo de deliciosas ensaladas y una gran zona de barbacoa! Toda esta zona está frente al mar, sin vecinos cerca permitiendo la paz y la privacidad completa!

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to this property, which combines tranquility and authenticity in a magnificent setting with breathtaking views. The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. The house is spacious and very clean, and everyone found their own space, a place to read or relax. All the information Anne, the owner, gave us was very helpful and accurate. Anne answered all our questions and always tried to make our stay unforgettable. We thank her sincerely and recommend this house without hesitation!

The place is fantastic with a panoramic view of the Blue Mediterranean sea. The property is very clean (inside and outside) and well appointed: we really enjoyed being together with friends. We didn't know this region, even though it's close to Athens, and the owner helped us with her advice and kindness to put everything in place so that we had a pleasant stay. Spacious villa with great views

We were 3 families and had a great stay in the villa during a week in October. There were beautiful sunsets from the pool. The views from the villa are amazing, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kids loved the pool, which is quite spacious.

Perfect stay

We had a magnificent stay in this holiday home: the view is splendid over the sea, the outdoor spaces allow sport or relaxation. In our group of friends, everyone appreciated the calm and the proximity to beaches and restaurants to savor the sweetness of life in Greece. Wir waren mit 3 Familien, 12 Personen im Haus. Es ist alles wie in der Beschreibung, sehr geräumig, sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das schönste am Anwesen ist allerdings der Pool mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Es empfiehlt sich aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage mit dem eigenen PKW oder Mietwagen anzureisen. Eine Top-Empfehlung, wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank an Anne und Linda.

Séjour au calme avec une dizaine d'amis

We came in September for a week with friends. The house is very nice, with a lot of space for large groups, and most of the nearby houses seem unoccupied, so everything is really quiet in the neighborhood. The house is fully equiped, and the owner is very reactive should a problem occur. Theologos offers many basic services such as a gas station, some shops and restaurants. The proximity of the highway makes it easy to drive around the region. Overall a very good stay !

Great view, superb pool, fantastic neighborhoods and super host

The villa is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The view from the pool is quite magnificent - something that you’ll definitely remember after your stay for a long time. Support from our host was really outstanding - both before our trip (great tips and advises how to prepare) and during our stay (book of trip proposals is a great idea!). During your stay you have to taste original, Greek Linda’s meals.

Incroyable vue!

Superbe grande maison face à la mer, au calme avec 6 chambres tout confort (climatisation dans chaque pièce). Piscine à débordement avec vue incroyable sur la mer. Très beau jardin propice aux apéritifs conviviaux. Terrasse très agréable à l étage permettant des repas à 12 sans aucun souci d espace. Linda la concierge propose d excellents repas grecs. Propriétaires très sympas et toujours disponibles. Nous recommandons TRES FORTEMENT cette location. Nous étions 2 couples et 7 jeunes de 13 à 20 ans.

Fantastisk pool!

Ett perfekt hus! Vi var fyra familjer som hade en fantastisk vecka där. Poolen (och poolbaren...) och utsikten var oslagbar. Många och bra sängplatser, välutrustat kök och en trädgård med skugga för den som behöver det. I byn finns några bra restauranger och en supermarket med det mesta sommar behöver. Vid incheckning fick vi en pärm full med tips på utflykter. Smidig reda från Atens flygplats, knappt två timmar bort.

Spectacular view and pool area

Nice house with plenty off space for our party of 12. The view is spectacular and the pool area is so nice. The AC works well, and we needed it as it was 35C at times. The WiFi was slow. The village Theologos is nice, quite non touristic. Lots of local resturants. The area surrounding the house was however quite deserted. The sea is in walking distance, but the walk back is a bit steap. The beach is pebbles, do bring flip flops. The village is not in walking distance.

Four generations together for a week.

Driving through the tiny village on our arrival day, along the bay with a few restaurants and some apparently local people relaxing either on a chair on the narrow beach or in one of the taverns, we understood that we had found a holiday paradise. The house, the pool, the view, the temperature, the village and the owner all together made this vacation to a memorable and pleasant experience for both children, youth, grownups and seniors. The accommodation was so good that we almost forgot the plans of seeing some of the great sights of Greece. One of the days the heat almost struck us out in the pool area, but for the rest of the stay we had a relieving breeze that made the comfort 100%. The only disturbance was from the pretty intense noise from the insects in the trees. Else the area was very quiet and peaceful. Almost no cars or people were to see in the area of the house, only the epic view over the bay and the mountains across the bay. This place is made to enjoy life and good family relations and fill up the body with D-vitamins from the sun. All the worries and stress left home. Thank you Anne, for letting us rent the place! PS: I won our competition in underwater swimming by one length in the 15 meter long pool. I made four lengths. Let me know when it is beaten, because then I will have to return! The most fantastic place in Europe!

Just one word for this house (and it's owners): WOW! We stayed with 15 people (10 adults and 5 children) in probably THE most beautifull house on the mainland of Greece. This rental home has it all: spectacular views on the bay, a real pool bar and of course a stunning infinity pool. In the garden is a large L shaped couch were you can enjoy the view and shadow on a hot day. The pool is suitable for adults, but also for children because of the shallow 'beach' entrance to the pool. At night the pool and the jacuzzi are beautifully lighted, giving it a jet set atmosphere. The house is very well equiped with almost everything you need for a luxurious and complete vacation including a large BBQ, airco, spacious bedrooms, WIFI and even a small biological garden with lemon trees and various herbs. The owners are very helpfull and the email contact was quick and correct. Because of the large group we had some specific demands, nothing was to much trouble. This was one of the reasons we chose this rental home. The town of Theologos is small, but there are several shops where you can buy the everyday goods (supermarket/bakery/butcher). The people were very helpfull and kind, the owner of a restaurant even arranged a private fishing trip for the guys. When you are looking for a place to stay on the mainland of Greece, this is the house to rent! Anne and Nikita: thank you again for a most memorable vacation. Paradise!

We were invited to a 50th Birthday celebration in Greece, and when we saw the photos of the vacation home, we had to come! We arrived from America and it was only a 90 minute drive from the airport to the home in the mountains overlooking the bay. The home was everything we'd hoped for and more! The views are breathtaking, the accommodations are very comfortable and the area is safe and friendly. We had the most amazing time with our friends relaxing by the infinity pool with the outside bar, having great conversations around the comfortable outdoor L-shaped couch and having ping pong tournaments. The village restaurants are just a few minutes away along the bay with the freshest food. There are plenty of places to see and things to do, but we were all very content just spending our time at the beautiful home. The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet and they aim to please. This is definitely a place we look forward to coming back to.

Beautiful view, functional house, friendly owners!

We were 2 families, each with 2 adults and 2-3 children - there was plenty of room in this house and good facilities, so that it would even have been possible to be a 3rd family. This is a large, well-equipped house, with the special attractions being the beautiful view and the well-designed pool. Anne, the owner, was very friendly and helpful - before, throughout and after our stay. During our stay the water pump broke down, but Anne ensured immediate action from a local plumber who installed a new pump. Even though it was mid-October we had good weather (day temperatures between 20 and 28 deg). During this time of year Theologos is extremely sparsely populated, but we had very friendly service from the local shops and a special evening at one of the local sea-side taverns - Ta Anestakia.

A graet place for a large family vacation

As we have done several times in the past for a vacation in Greece, we selected this villa for our 14 member family vacation. It was by far the nicest, most accommodating, best equipped place with a greatest view of all. Anne, the owner was very friendly, attentive to all our needs and provides information and guidance to places of interest in the region. The location of the villa in Theologos, a small village, offered a unique atmosphere of intimacy. Yet there were plenty of places to shop for our daily needs and to dine (we counted 10 along the sea shore), although we preferred to use the excellent facilities at the villa for most of our breakfast and dinner cooking. The newly built large pool and its surrounding area was a highlight continuously enjoyed by all the 7 children and some of their parents. The close by beaches were also great for snorkeling and swimming. Altogether, the villa met all of our expectations and what you see on the website is only part of what you get.

Great Villa, well maintained, breathtaking view

This is one of the cases where Internet images and description can't tell the real story. The Villa is located at a great spot with a view to the mountains and sea. The owners, Anne & Nikita are extremely nice and keep the Villa in a great condition. The check-in was very organized and provided us with the info needed to enjoy the place. Their orientation to details surprises us again and again, when we discovered all the goodies they have prepared at different spots in the Villa; the villa is well equipped, top-to-bottom, and presents some extras such as kids and sport games, pool bar, pool gadgets and many more. Villa layout is exactly as listed and all families felt very comfortable. The area is nice (not a foreign touristic area), basic, with authentic Taverns (don't forget the siesta!), located at the coast line of Theologos. The local butcher is very good and the grocery store opens until late. You can either have very nice meals at the Taverns or cook your stuff at the well-equipped Villa. There are several small, natural beaches in the area (one is 15 min. walk), and several public beaches 15 – 20 min. drive. You can also take a short trip to Arkitsa, take a ferry to Edipsos and drive to the beaches north Orei – very nice. Other suggested trips (which we didn't try) are a day trip to either Skiathos, Meteora, Delphi and others. Anne & Nikita will be very happy to advise, and they have prepared a nice booklet alternative day trip info. The Villa highlight is definitely the pool! With amazing setup and view, clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the pool and running the pool-bar so we could spent the entire vacation without going out!
