Ubicada entre dos hermosas playas de arena en la costa este de Paros, esta villa privada ofrece el escenario perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones verdaderamente lujosas en una de las islas más cosmopolitas de Grecia. Diseñado por un arquitecto griego reconocido internacionalmente, Villa Keroessa exhibe la estética tradicional de las Cícladas con líneas simples, colores vibrantes y amplias terrazas abiertas. La villa está situada a solo 50 metros del mar y se encuentra en cuatro acres de naturaleza virgen. Ofrece vistas panorámicas del mar Egeo y la cercana isla de Naxos. La villa está a tiro de piedra de playas tranquilas, que son las gemas escondidas de Paros. La finca está a solo cinco minutos en coche de la pintoresca ciudad de Naoussa, que ofrece una variedad de tabernas junto al mar, tiendas y un ambiente local.

Villa Keroessa presenta una mezcla equilibrada de espacios interiores y exteriores. Stunning house with an even more breathtaking view

My wife and I stayed at this vila on the recommendation of a friend. And we absolutely weren't disappointed! Immediately you get a sense of total seclusion as there aren't any houses immediately nearby. The first thing you see is exactly the picture you see on the posting with the blue gate overlooking the water. The house is situated on a bluff that defies words. The views are spectacular and a great thing to watch during sunrises and sunsets. The house itself has great accommodations, with a decent-sized living room and kitchen. Where we spent most of our time was out on the expansive patio, complete with enough shade to enjoy yourself outside for most of the day. While there is no swimming pool, they do have private beach access (right on the other side of that gate you see in the picture). Overall we felt this villa was a little slice of Providence and we hope to come back soon!

The Perfect Vacation!

My family and I very much enjoyed our two-week stay at Villa Keroessa. We had the kind of family reunion one only dreams about. Everything worked out perfectly. Not only did everyone get along extremely well but we enjoyed the beaches around, the nearby bakery, the farmer at the end of the lane on the way to the bakery, the proximity of markets, shopping in Naoussa, Parikia, etc. We did a lot of cooking at home as we are a family that loves to cook and eat, but we also had plenty of outings to various temples, sites, caves, etc. In all, we had a lovely time.

Vue Panoramique Eblouissante et service remarquabl

Mes amis et moi avons passe un sejour innoubliable a la Villa Keroessa! La veranda offre un coin ideal pour manger a l’exterieur avec une vue panoramique de la mer et de l’ile. Le seul probleme a reporter est que la villa est tellement idyllique qu’il est tres difficile de la quitter pour explorer le reste de l’ile. Je dois tout aussi mentioner Elena et Michael qui gerent la villa. Des notre arrivee, tout s’est passe parfaitement. Un service de nettoyage complet est inclu et pour une somme modeste, Elena peut vous faire des petits plats gourmands et nettoyer le linge. En conclusion, vous serez choiller si vous decidez de rester a la villa Keroessa. Nous recommendons cette destination pour tout ceux qui cherche une gemme magique et relaxante avec des vues exceptionelles.

Una vacanza da ricordarsi!

Villa Keroessa ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. Anche se la villa non ha una piscina, aveva ogni altra comodità che ci serviva. Gli alloggi erano eccellenti, i letti confortevoli, e la vista da ogni finestra ci ha mozzato il fiato. La casa, che è circondata da splendido paesaggio, è privata e ci siamo sentiti lontano dal caos delle località turistiche. La breve passeggiata per accedere alle spiagge e il breve viaggio alla città di Naoussa erano molto comode. Ci torneremmo senz'altro a questa bella villa!

Magnifique!!

A group of us traveled from France to spend our vacation on Paros. We selected Villa Keroessa based on previous reviews and we weren't disappointed. Even though the property does not have a pool, it does have great views of the sea and the neighboring island, easy access to beaches, and proximity to the town of Naoussa. The outdoor spaces, including the verandas, are impressive and the accommodations are comfortable. I will never forget dining under the stars with the moon shining off of the sea. Our experience was very positive. I'm so glad we stayed at Villa Keroessa!

Great Stay!

I've traveled extensively throughout the Cyclades (e.g., Mykonos, Santorini, Sifnos, Milos) with family and friends over the years and this has to be one of the best . . . if not the best . . . experience I've had to date. Everything about Villa Keroessa exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the island of Paros and this villa for anyone looking for an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday. I will be back for sure.

Amazing Island Vacation Rental

Had a wonderful stay in Paros, Greece! The villa has spectacular views and all the comforts of home. I only wish we could have stayed longer. With multiple bedrooms, kitchen, living space and large patio, this place had it all. I would recommedn this to anyone and plan on visiting again when our travles take us to Greece.

The house, the views, and the hospitality were all simply impeccable! This was a pleasant surprise for sure. What a great way to spend our summer holiday. Your Own Private Luxury Getaway

People mistakenly believe that in order to get the feel of your own private island and complete isolation, you need to visit the Carribean or the Pacific. Not only is that an expensive venture, it's also not always practical. This seafront villa in Paros? Now this, ladies and gentlemen, is the definition of isolationist luxury. You have an entire side of the island all to yourself. To be able to enjoy this with close friends and family (such as I), you truly feel like you're on the island all your own. It doesn't hurt that the villa itself is comfortable, spacious, and accomodating (enough kitchen, sitting, dining space). But the views....the views...there's something special about the sunset near the singular millenia-old tree overlooking the water. The whole villa is one picturesque setting. And yet, when you're craving civilization, the town and the beach are only minutes away, giving you the best of both worlds. All along the way, Christy has been a wonderful person with whom to work, setting up the stay and ensuring that everything that we needed was provided for. The place is as beautiful as the pictures show. Everything was clean, everything WORKED (which can't be said for all places). Christy made sure to inform us of the best restaurants and beachfronts to visit. We stayed at this place on a whim, but it was an incredible decision. I'm looking forward to coming back here again next year!

Unforgettable time!..

We had a truly unforgettable time visiting Paros and staying at the beautiful Villa Keroessa last summer with a small group of friends. The villa is simply gorgeous, built in classic Greek Cycladic-island style, and its location could not have been better chosen. It offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Aegean sea, which is right outside its front door, at a serene and convenient location. We still remember waking up every morning to that amazing view outside our window and having our morning coffee on our veranda while gazing at the deep blue water; and having a nice Mediterranean siesta after a delicious Greek meal either in pleasantly cool villa interior or on the breezy patio surrounded by bougainvilleas and watching the sea birds circling the clear blue sky. Truly great, unforgettable memories...We so much look forward to going back again next year!...

A Perfect Spot for a Grecian Vacation

My family and I spent one week at Villa Keroessa on the lovely island of Paros. I wish we had stayed longer! Truly memorable stay at Villa Keroessa!

I recently spent two sun-drenched weeks at the beautiful Villa Keroessa on the majestic island of Paros. I picked the perfect spot for my vacation. The sweeping views of the pristine waters of the Aegean and the neighboring island of Naxos from the many verandas of the villa are truly breathtaking. Every morning I sat outside with my coffee and my book, soaking in the rays. In the afternoons, I went to one of the three beaches, which are only a stone's throw from the house. The villa itself is very clean and comfortable and offers everything that one would need for a top notch vacation. The town of Naoussa, which is only a short drive away, offers a number of charming tavernas and cute boutique shops. I highly recommend Villa Keroessa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Cycladic experience. I myself can't wait to return!

The perfect island paradise gateway

A true Aegean luxurious getaway. This very private villa provides all the modern amenities which made our stay a delight. We loved the beautifully appointed bedrooms and restrooms and the elegant island decor throughout the villa. Morning breakfast in the specious and sun-drenched terrace, a quick dip in the beach in front of the property, or an evening cocktail under the stars with a view of neighboring Naxos makes Villa Keroessa perfect. An added plus is the property's proximity to Naoussa and all the beautiful eastern beaches of Paros. We greatly appreciated your hospitality and have incredible memories of our days in this stunning Cycladic island.

Had an amazing vacation!

We had not been to the island of Paros for over ten years, and went back last summer. We am so happy that we did, and even more so that we chose to stay at Villa Karoessa! This comfortable house was very spacious,bright, and cool throughout without the need to turn on the ACs that are in every room. The views of the Aegean Sea, with nearby Naxos are breathtaking. Every morning I would practically jump out of my bed to have my coffee gazing at the view! I felt like I was in heaven! We walked to the nearby beaches and swam in the crystal clear waters, and then enjoyed the outdoor shower in front of the villa. After taking a nap, we would wake up and explore another of the many little beaches. Getting to the town of Naoussa was a quick five minute drive. I loved the little shops and restaurants! The food was amazing! Going back to the villa and waking up to the tranquility was the perfect way to enjoy this lovely island! I am definitely recommending this villa for its location, views and comfort!
