Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in the heart of the CBD. This spacious, modern home is perfect for family and friends. Just a short walk to Latimer Square, the Cardboard Cathedral, you’ll enjoy various dining options or can cook in our fully equipped kitchen. It features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and stylish bathrooms, along with fast Wi-Fi throughout. Guests love the nice outdoor area, quiet ambiance, and proximity to the river—ideal for morning walks or runs!

Welcome to our stunning 3-storey townhouse, where the ground floor features a bright and airy living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area. The first floor hosts a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor boasts a master bedroom with an ensuite. Note that the upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

Relax in the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV—perfect after a day of exploring. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, with a dining area ideal for shared meals. For those looking to dine out, a fantastic array of restaurants, bars, and cafes are just a short walk away.

We provide high-quality linens and towels from Canterbury Linen Service, the same provider for local 5-star hotels, ensuring a luxurious, hotel-quality experience.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service.

City Noise: Please be aware that this townhouse is situated in the heart of the city, near Christchurch City Hospital. Being close to the road and some intersections means you may experience typical city sounds, including pedestrians, cars, and occasional sirens. The townhouse is significantly quieter with the windows closed. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or considering a property further from the city center. Additionally, please note that there is no allocated parking; street parking is available only.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
