Home Away From Home - 5 minute walk to the beach

Newly renovated holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula. If you want a home away from home, look no further. Our home can sleep up to 6 -8 people comfortably or 10 people using our roll out beds that are suitable for children upto the age of 13 years old can be set up in our lounge/living area.

All bedrooms have a queen size bed. The third bedroom also holds bunk bed . All our bedrooms have ceiling fans for those warm days/night during summer.

The house also holds 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, separate laundry with washing machine, and living room which has a split system in it. Also a spacious kitchen and meals area with also a spilt system in it. Board games to play provided for indoor activities for those cooler/rainy days as well.
The outdoor space has an outdoor shower, eating area, BBQ, lounge chairs, fire pit, and lots of outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy at their pleasure.

Our home is a 200 metre walk to the beach which boasts a boat/jet ski ramp and is child friendly. A small walk to the primary school which has an amazing playground, basketball court, football oval and sandpit that is open to the public after school hours and during school holidays. A small drive to all the local shopping precincts, cafe's, the hot springs, wineries and some of the best restaurants in the area. We welcome fur babiies.

Guests are required to tidy up after themselves and leave the house in reasonable clean and tidy state.

No Schoolies.

No parties (noise) after midnight on weekends or after 10pm weekdays.

Bond will not be refunded should we receive complaints from the neighbours. Check in 4.pm Check out 10am.
