House was very well stocked. We also appreciated clear instructions and not having to do much cleaning before we left. We had a great time!

As advertised - great place!

Property was just as advertised as far as features and amenities. Place was very comfy and 'home' feeling. We brought food and all of the utensils and odds/ends for feeling like home were there. Thanks for hosting us!!

Great place for families

We had a great visit to Pagosa / Wolf Creek, and this home worked out great. With three levels, there was a lot of room for the families to spread out with their own spaces. Location was good, beautiful neighborhood with a lake. We provided some constructive feedback to the house keeper for a few preexisting issues to address with fixtures and items. Nothing that can't be easily addressed.

Convenient to the town

Was a nice location. All the beds were quite uncomfortable. Hard and squeaky. Would probably choose somewhere else next time in hopes of more comfortable beds. Ive stayed in low end hotels with better beds. Dining chairs did not seem very sturdy. Upstair ahower head needs updated. The hot tub was enjoyable. The kitchen was nice for cooking.

Hi Hoonah, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, hot tub, and the kitchen’s convenience for cooking during your stay.- We’re sorry to hear that the beds didn’t meet your comfort expectations. The mattresses are relatively new, but we’ll inspect the frames to ensure they are tightened and secure.- The dining chairs will also be checked for sturdiness to make sure they provide a safe and comfortable experience for future guests.- We’ll review the upstairs shower head to see if any adjustments or updates might improve its functionality. We appreciate your comments and will use them to enhance our guests’ experiences. Thank you again for your stay.

Family time

Beautiful house all tho alot of issues inside. Some mattress were very uncomfortable, shower head would squeal until the water was off, spider webs on windows. We are from the southern part of the country and didn't sleep well because of how hot it was especially on the top floor. The ceiling fans were loud and un balanced

Hi Bruce, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are glad you found the house beautiful. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following: -The listing clearly states that the home does not have air conditioning, which is common in the area. However, each room is equipped with ceiling fans to help keep the space comfortable. -The ceiling fans are brand new, installed in July 2023, and the homeowner has ensured that they are functioning correctly. -All the mattresses in the home were replaced in 2023, but we understand that comfort preferences can vary. Thank you for sharing your review. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible.

Large Family Ski Trip

Overall the house was fine, plenty of beds for all of our adult size kids. The kitchen was missing some items- very eclectic mix of kitchen items, ended up buying a few things. Had to wash forks after every meal. Living room is very small, not easy to accommodate our group of 8 to watch movies. The owner tried to increase a fee on us 4 days prior to check in, Evolve quickly handled the manner. Very appreciative of their quick response!! The driveway was not plowed prior to our arrival and quickly became a solid block of ice. It was very treacherous getting in/out. Thankfully we had 4WD- still would slide around a good bit. The hot tub was great!! Location was also excellent!

Owner's response: "Allison, We appreciate that you thought the location was great and also enjoyed the hot tub, we're sorry we did not meet your expectations for your entire stay. - We apologize we had made changes to the listing regarding the pet fee/policy and we did honor the policy at the time of your booking. The reason we changed it was because of the damages we have incurred in the past with pets. We are glad we got this worked out and that you were able to visit with your pets. - We provide our guests with a cutlery set of 12. - We have never had any complaints about having enough room for 10 people. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
