This four-bedroom two-bathroom two-story condo with ground-level entry is located in the heart of Sun Valley and will sleep up to 8 guests. As you enter the condo there is a large deck at the front entrance. On the main level is the living area with a gas fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops. The dining table seats 6. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed, a 45-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a single sink vanity and a large walk-in shower.
On the upper level are the 3 other bedrooms and a hallway bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a 45-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a King bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All of these bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with a 2-sink vanity and shower tub combo.
There is a stack washer/dryer on the main level off the kitchen area.
Complex Features: The Creekside Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Creekside condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, shops, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. You have access to the Inn Pool with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please note: The Creekside Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
