Townhouse On Levers - Matua Tauranga.

Welcome to the 2 bed, 2 bathroom 'Townhouse on Levers' - on the main road into the suburb of Matua, Tauranga. Levers Road is a busy suburban street during the day, but generally quiet after 7pm.
The stand-alone Townhouse is fully self-contained with a pleasant outlook to the Otumoetai Pa Historic Reserve and the summit of Mauao ( Mount Maunganui).
The Townhouse is an easy 7 minute walk to the Cherrywood shops incl., a local restaurant & bar (FEKA), a bakery cafe, 3 takeaways, a small tavern, florist chemist, butcher and grocery shop (4 Square).
Easy walking distance also to the inner harbour with expansive views to Mauao (The Mount) and harbour entrance.
The Townhouse has garaging for 1 vehicle and off street parking for one other.

PLEASE NOTE: if two guests choose to use both bedrooms, please book as 3 persons. The second bedroom will be locked-off unless both bedrooms are booked.
For longer stays (over 6 nights) a change of towels & bed linen will be provided . Guests change bed linen (ie "self-serviced"), while your hosts launder bed linen & towels. Guests are responsible for domestic consumables (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc) after 3-5 nights.

House was very clean and tidy and well presented. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. They only thing we needed was a sharp knife for carving our roast lamb.

This was an outstanding property, we couldn't fault it. Right from having a garage with internal access with the ability to park a 2nd car in front of the garage if needed was great.The cleanliness, the spacious bedrooms and the fabulous kitchen all contributed to a very relaxing 5 day stay.I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Tauranga several times and this was the best placewe have stayed in here. The Host (Steve) was extremely helpful. The 2BR was excellently equipped, the furniture was extremely comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent for beach/bay access for a family with small children as it is close to the foreshore and there is a reasonable range of amenities within 2km. However, a car is essential if you are staying here.The only two negatives we found were that:*. it is at the front of the property which is on a VERY busy road during the day. *. The property next door is having the house at the back of the property converted into 2-storeys and a team of builders who overlooked the property were very active from 7am on 6 days of the week while we were there.I would suggest that the showers present a falls risk which a shower mat inside the showers would remove.

We had a great stay here. The house is modern, bright, and instantly feels good to be in. Everything was comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to the harbour, the beach, the marina, and only a short drive to Mount Maunganui. It was also really easy to get out of town for day trips.The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. A really nice bonus was the dedicated desk space separate from the dining table, which made it easy to get some work done without taking over the main living area. The bedroom was comfortable, but the blinds let in more light than we’d like, so we ended up waking earlier than planned most mornings. A darker blind or an extra set of curtains would make it perfect.Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Tauranga and we’d happily come back.

A wonderful stay

The house was immaculate and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice and it was a great location near the water and great for exploring all of the areas around Tauranga. Certainly a place we would stay again.

Great place to stay in Matua

My husband and I visited for a long weekend to visit a friend who lived nearby. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the townhouse was tastefully designed and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Nice House in urban area

The house is very nice and offers everything you need.We felt very comfortable here.Although it is not in the city centre, you can get around here without a car as the bus stops almost outside the door.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.
