Stayed here with my husband and 18 month old for the LSU/Ole Miss football game. We were very disappointed upon arrival. The photos of the listing and what was in the home was very different. The listing shows a newly updated and clean home. The actual home was anything but. There was evidence of some pretty extensive water damage on the roof throughout the house. The sink and tub in the bathroom did not drain correctly. The floors were bowing and had popped up in places throughout the house. Needless to say, this place was not somewhere that we would have booked for us and our 18 month old if we knew the actual conditions of the home. The two bright spots: 1) the host was super responsive and helpful when needed and 2) you can’t beat the location for an Ole Miss football game. Other than that, I would skip staying here.

We're glad you appreciated the convenient location for the Ole Miss game and found the host responsive and helpful! We're sorry the property's condition didn't meet your expectations. We've discussed your concerns about the listing photos with our house manager and plan to review them again to ensure they accurately represent the home. The roof was repaired following a storm earlier this year, and there were no active leaks during your stay. We also understand your concerns about the flooring and bathroom drainage. The sink and tub have since been cleared and are draining properly. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable experience for future guests.

Great house close in to campus

We came from Austin Texas. My 2 teenage boys to the LSU game. Everything was great. A little overpriced for Oxford but it was a big game weekend so there were not many options. It was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Cute house

Very cute and clean. Mattress in bunk room was VERY uncomfortable- seriously needs to be replaced. Had a plumbing issue but it was resolved quickly and effectively. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but overall it was good.

Oxford

Great location! But that was the best part of the property. Very frustrating trying to get hold of a real person connected to this property. Tried several times to connect to ask question.Seating area in main room very uncomfortable and small ... no outdoor seating in back. Bathroom tub did not drain well.

Basic Rental, close to all things Ole Miss

Good place to stay for my daughter's move-in. HOWEVER, 2 items to note: ****NOT ENOUGH COMFORTABLE SEATING. Needs to have comfortable seating for at least 4 or whatever the maximum occupancy is. Two bedroom house, but only a bean shaped love seat in the family room--2 max. Other options are ladder straight barstools. ****NO DISHWASHER (I'm sure listing is accurate, just not something I thought to check for). Hosts want you to wash/dry and return all dishes to cupboards, which can be difficult if you have an early flight, so we opted to leave a night early instead.
