Backyard Oasis Getaway + A fanáticos de deportes Dream Home

Disfrute de la entrada del domingo de la NFL en los 3 televisores de The Dude Den o puede encender la cinta de correr y hacer un poco de ejercicio mientras mira jugar a sus equipos favoritos. En un día caluroso, puede trasladar el juego al patio trasero, donde puede verlo mientras flota en la piscina o mientras se relaja en los cómodos muebles de exterior.

Si necesita realizar algún trabajo mientras está fuera, es fácil conectarlo al monitor de 24 "en la oficina.

Además del NFL Sunday Ticket, también tendrá acceso al paquete MLB Extra Innings, el paquete deportivo DirecTV, HBO y Showtime (también a pedido de todos estos canales), así como a Netflix en los 5 televisores de la casa y 1 TV fuera (configuración de sonido envolvente en la sala de estar y Dude Den).

Mi habitación favorita en la casa es lo que me gusta llamar Dude Den, esta habitación es mi oficina cuando estoy en casa y consiste en un escritorio con un monitor de 24 "que es fácil de conectar a tu computadora portátil a través de un cable HDMI conectado. El escritorio también está equipado con una impresora / escáner. Esta habitación tiene 3 televisores separados de 50 '' con una Playstation 3 conectada y dos televisores de 40 '' donde puede ponerse de pie en el cómodo sillón reclinable de cuero o sumergirse en la mullida silla de 6 '.

El patio trasero es su pequeña escapada, puede disfrutar de la piscina, una cena familiar al aire libre bajo las luces brillantes o relajarse en el cómodo sofá al aire libre y disfrutar de su programa favorito en la televisión o su compañía favorita en la vida real.

La sala de estar tiene una sección de cuero que puede adaptarse a toda la familia, con 3 sillas reclinables. El televisor de 55 '' en la sala de estar está conectado a un reproductor de blue-ray (con acceso a Netflix) y sonido envolvente.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama California King y una televisión inteligente de 40 ''. El baño principal tiene una ducha.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el cuarto tiene una cama doble y un cómodo colchón de aire tamaño queen.

La casa está ubicada en un patio tranquilo en un agradable vecindario familiar.

Los huéspedes recibirán un código en la puerta de entrada antes de su llegada para facilitar el check in. Acceso a toda la casa con la excepción del uso del garaje y 2 armarios cerrados con llave.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect house for my family and I to come and relax. It was clean, great size, perfect location and had a backyard paradise. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle that is the Bay Area and relax poolside, grill and chill - this is the house!

Home away from home

Our home was in upheaval due to a pending move and I needed a place to host my family from out of state. Codi’s home provided a perfect alternative. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the landscaping is lovely. Codi was very responsive.

Delightful Stay in Citrus Heights

Unfortunately, we up visiting for a celebration of life in Roseville. We found this wonderful 4 bedroom house with pool within 15 minutes of everything we needed. After spending quality time with extended family and friends, we were able to also hit up The Galleria, Leatherby’s, and even a couple of hours at Top Golf during our four night stay.

Home away from home

Yes, it was home for us for 5 days & worked out great. 3 kids were kept entertained in the pool while we adults visited/played cards & cooked. We were aware of the other reviews (step down, dishwasher, older home) so weren’t surprised. I will add that the pool needs some attention/tiles, etc. while the pool storage area & side yard need some attention too. It’s what happens with a home. If we come back to town, I would stay there again.

Overall Very nice, but not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues.

The property and neighborhood were very nice. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There are steps inside the house, so not good for anyone with mobility issues. We had an issue with the bottom rack of the dishwasher not able to go in and out due to bent trim, so had to wash dishes by hand. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The property was located in a low rated area with a nearby home had boarded over windows with a condemned sign. The property was nothing like it’s marketed pictures on VRBO but had old and worn furniture. Hair follicles adorned the beds, black widow spiders and webbing were strewn across the entry to the backyard gate. Bugs adorned ceiling of the master bedroom (which l was ‘volunteered’ to remove), and the backyard patio furniture was filthy and old. Our family’s last hope was the rental property’s swimming pool which unfortunately was run down with chipped and pealing surface on its bottom. We could barely make out the pool’s bottom due to murky and dingy waters. My 11 year old daughter attempted to put the best face on the situation and tried to remove the bugs, scum and dirt which accumulated on the pool’s surface with a pool net she found lying next to the pool. She nervously volunteered to go into the pool first. My wife and my eyes at that same moment met and reflexively cried out, “No way!” Under normal circumstances she would have protested and let out a hollowing scream and cry. But without hesitation headed immediately back into the house. The garbage cans we had received an earlier text message from the property owner to use were filled with brush and tree branches which had been collected from the day before. I personally had been so excited in the few days prior to our vacation that l’d not slept but for a few hours. And th

Place was clean and pictures are accurate. The backyard space was quite nice even though we didn’t actually get in the pool we enjoyed the setting. We had a wedding to attend so lots of activities outside the house but it served our needs well and I would recommend and stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Enjoyed all the tv's. Even the one outside. Centrally located and close to everything. Would recommend and would stay again. Cody was very helpful.

So Worth It!

As it was just my husband and I, we didn't need to partake of all the many amenities Codi's home offered. Our focus was on the pool and enjoy the A/C at night. And we did just that. The pool was perfect, just the right size and temperature. And the A/C kept the house nice and cool. Kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very nice clean home and Codi was amazing to work with! Looking forward to visiting again!

Vacation with your relatives and have a great time!

Wonderful property! All the benefits of home with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Very comfortable bedrooms and choice of several areas to watch television, socialize, or to have some space to be alone. The open kitchen makes it easy for several people to work at the same time and still be with everyone. As wonderful as the house is the outdoor area is the best part! A pool, lounge chairs, shaded table area nicely landscaped and surrounded by blooming jasmine. The grilling area has comfortable seating, a shade if its too sunny, a heater if its too cold and an outdoor television. Delightful at night with the lighting. Codi was very helpful and made our stay truly wonderful. If you want to spend time with family or friends I highly recommend you stay here.

Dope spot for me and the guys

Has everything you need. Owner is very responsive and informative. FoodMax and Fast Food just minutes away. Would definitely recommend to people visiting the area for TopGolf, American River, Downtown Sacramento.

Gem of Citrus Heights

This house was perfect for our team! It was close enough to restaurants and our Tough Mudder race location, and provided us with ample space for our group of 8. Codi was excellent with communication, organization and accommodations which was very helpful with planning and being able to enjoy our stay from the get go! The Dude Den also has an accordion door allowing it to be another private sleeping space, which was another plus! The weather wasn't nice enough to use the outdoor space/pool but it would be great to utilize during the warmer months for entertaining. Overall, the house was clean, smelled good, had everything you could need and most importantly, had a welcoming/warm vibe - would 100% recommend!

Property was in excellent and was so comfortable. We loved the outdoor area!

Owner was a dream to work with and very quick to respond to my questions. The outdoor area is beautiful and fun to hang out and Bbq. The house was comfortable and suited for our needs perfectly. Close to shopping and to our event. Thank you!

Perfect for a family gathering.

The set up of the house and backyard are perfect for family gatherings. We had two families, with 4 kids ranging from 1-5, and basically spent the entire time in the pool or backyard. We only left for food and to attend the 90th birthday party that we were in town for. A minor suggestion would be some washable plastic plates for outside use (we were nervous with the kiddos using the real plates) and more pool towels. But honestly, the post is the real deal and the house was just what we expected. The kids loved the float toys and the pool basketball hoop was a bonus-we played some competitive games of HORSE. The garbage set up was awesome-loved the extra garbage and recycling cans on the patio. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

Property was clean and as advertised.

We loved the pool! Was a nice pit stop for a couple days on our way home. Codi did a great job of communicating with us, answering all our questions even though he was on a vacation. Definitely the kind of host to have. He even told us when the gardener and pool guy would be around to avoid any surprises. Thanks Codi, lots of fun memories for me and my family.

Great house with all Amenities for a Wonderful Vacation!

The Boek House was a delightful stay. There was something to do for the whole family and centrally located for entertainment venues, grocery stores or shopping! We mostly stayed in as the house was well equipped with games, gaming devices and full cable access, evem outside! . Our Sports family especially enjoyed the multitude of sports channels and can't wait for summer to book the house again to be able to enjoy the sparking clean pool. House was clean and stocked with fresh linens, towels erc. Plenty of seating for family and visiting friends. Central Heating worked on que as we visited on a rainy cold Sacramento weekend but never a dull moment in the fully entertainment abode atmosphere this house offered! My family enjoyed all the football memorabilia and thought it was so cool that Codi is not only a 49ers fan but an ACC Champ as well! We will be back and thank you Codi for your great hospitality in answering all our questions in such a prompt manner every time!
