Hermosa casa de vacaciones en el corazón de la recreación en Georgetown Lake!

Hermosa casa de nueva construcción de 1500 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios / 2 baños en julio de 2015. La casa cuenta con una sala de estar / cocina abierta con techos abovedados, gran chimenea con piedra cultivada, manto rústico y TV de pantalla plana de 60 "con DishTV.

La casa está totalmente amueblada con una cocina muy bien equipada con todas las comodidades. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6, junto con otros 3 asientos en la gran isla de la cocina. Cada una de las habitaciones tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana con DishTV, y hay conexión inalámbrica a internet disponible en toda la casa. Los juegos de dormitorio, los colchones y la ropa de cama de calidad hacen que las noches de descanso sean relajantes. Cada uno de los cuartos de baño tiene una bañera profunda para disfrutar de un baño relajante y un cabezal de ducha con ducha de mano separada para relajarse después de un largo día.

Una gran terraza en la parte trasera de la casa con una acera a un patio empedrado y fogata para esas hermosas noches.

Adjunto a la casa hay un amplio garaje con aislamiento las 24 horas, 24x24, con sábanas para mantener sus vehículos calientes por la noche y los esquís / snowboards colgados después de un largo día en las pistas.

Hay más que suficiente estacionamiento al estacionarse en el camino de entrada. Hay una almohadilla grande y plana a un lado para estacionamiento adicional o su (s) remolque (s) de motos de nieve.

La casa se encuentra a solo 6 minutos de la base de Discovery Ski Area, por lo que llegar a las pistas prácticamente no requiere planificación. Para aquellos de ustedes que sienten pasión por las motos de nieve, pueden hacer motos de nieve directamente desde el camino de entrada a la popular zona de Red Lion.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Quiet, clean, super comfortable home with beautiful views. We've visited several times and always enjoy our stay. This house has everything needed for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Close to Georgetown Lake, and lots of hiking and other outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

Georgetown Lake June 2017

The house is very comfortable and easy to use. Has all we needed for staying for a few days. Has a well stocked kitchen, great beds, sitting area and out door deck/patio. I come to Georgetown lake every June and this house is in a great location for me. Close to Seven Gable, the lake, trails nearby with easy access to everything I do each year. Love the garage and parking areas to clean off my fishing kayak and store it when I am not fishing. Hope to use it again in 2018.

A great getaway location

This home is a beautiful furnished, comfortable getaway. Although we only cooked breakfast there, everything we would have needed for any cooking we chose to do was available. There was obviously a lot of attention paid to comfort and livability. The beds were wonderful; the twin over full bunk bed was perfect for our grandchildren. The furniture in the living area was very amenable for reading, visiting and just hanging out. The hosts were very helpful. The kids enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the firepit. We had a very relaxing time and the location was perfect to explore Anaconda, Phillipsburg and Deer Lodge.

Wonderful home in a great area

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we always enjoy it! It’s a quiet neighborhood near outdoor activities that we love. The house had everything we needed to make our stay super comfortable. We most certainly plan to come back!

Almost perfection

Great property and everything suited us perfectly. We had great access to Discovery and the lake. Appliances were excellent; beds very comfortable - only hitch was when the lawn sprinklers came in I was awoken because one head hits the hot tub which was then rather loud. But honestly we loved the property and will stay again - the sprinkler was just facing the wrong way! One does not know until it comes on.

The home was is pristine condition. The kitchen is well stocked. Great family room area for family games and Olympic watching. Georgetown Lake was gorgeous!

Undisclosed house issues

Found out no hot tub in working order two days prior(the main amenity), also no ice maker working. We we’re woken up at 4 AM to a water pressure issue that lasted 21/2 hours!! I emailed her and she stated she was aware of it but hoped it wouldn’t bother us! The bbq wasn’t working correctly and wouldn’t get over 300 degrees which took an hour to cook thin meat on. Due to all these issues, we had to cut our only summer vacation off at only one night. Totally disheartening, super expensive one night!!! My daughter flew here from Texas for that!! I am not planning on ever recommending Vrbo to anyone.

To clarify above review for future renters...in the policies rule #1, it is clearly stated the use of the hot tub is to remain locked; hence why there is not even a picture of the house with the hot tub. It is also written in amenities section that the ice maker is very sluggish; therefore, I suggested bringing your own ice. The water pressure/pump noise is intermittent and only heard in master bedroom for light sleepers. This has not been an issue for the other renters. Therefore, I did not "disclose" this issue since it typically is NOT an issue. Lastly, I did reimburse this renter above and beyond VRBO policies.

Long weekend get-a-way

This was the 3rd time that we've rented this property and we have enjoyed it every time! The owner Stella has been great to deal with each time. Long weekend

My wife and I booked a long weekend to ride 4 wheelers in the Georgetown lake area. This was the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it was just as nice the second time. Very convenient location and they have everything we needed to really enjoy our stay! Looking forward to stay number 3!

Last minute weekend get away!

My wife and I decided to take a last minute long weekend to explore the Georgetown Lake area on our ATV. Stella was quick to respond to our request and very helpful in her directions. The house was awesome! It was stocked with everything in the kitchen that we needed over the weekend. The first part of the weekend was cold and rainy so we spent the evenings in front of the gas fireplace instead of the outdoor fire pit which worked out great! It was also nice to be able to park my pickup in the garage. It wasn't a problem for us, but I thought it was odd that we had to take our garbage with us when we left. It's only a mile to Georgetown Lake and you can ride ATV's right from the house. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. We're looking forward to coming back to explore more of the Georgetown/Philipsburg area! Alan N.

JUST RIGHT!!!

This cabin/rental/house is perfect for our small group. Location is just right along with the amenities. We couldn’t ask for anything more except for maybe a ‘moose spotting’ now and then!!! ;)

Beautiful well kept home!

We loved our stay. The home was well kept. Had a great open concept so everyone could be together. Well stocked kitchen. Our only concern was that we had a difficult time with the deadbolt, which was the only way to lock the front door. It might be good to have a lock and deadbolt. We emailed the owners and they responded quickly. We would recommend this property to others.

Nice cabin, poor communication

The cabin is super nice, close to the activities we came to Montana for, and had more than enough accommodations inside (besides a crock pot the cook was used of having). However, communication from the owner was very disappointing and even became stressful. We took off for vacation a week before arriving in Montana. We were in an area where we did not have cell phone reception. I had contacted the owner a month in advance to communicate this to her as I needed access to the cabin information. She said she would give it to me the week before. I explained this would not be soon enough as we would not be able to retrieve her message and other members of our group would be arriving with food to her cabin prior to our arriving. I understand forest fires supposedly played a part in the lack of communication, however, we felt that this information could have been given to me a month in advance when I reached out to the owner. Instead, I was making phone calls and emails to owner and VRBO days before leaving on our vacation. The day prior to leaving, I was frantically looking for other lodging accommodations. VRBO assured us they would not leave us 'high and dry' - they would put us up in some type of 'motel'. Obviously they do not know the Montana area well. All in all, the cabin is super nice, but we miss the previous owner's organizational/comunication skills. Thank you, Starla Ehrisman
