Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in the heart of Port Melbourne! Our charming and cozy townhouse is just minutes away from Conventional Centre and some of the best attractions that Melbourne has to offer.

It is located in a fantastic location where Fishermans Bend nests, with easy access to the city and the surrounding areas. For those who love the outdoors, the nearby bike and walking paths are perfect for a leisurely stroll or bike ride.



The Space:

The 3 -level townhouse features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.



Ground level: A secured garage parks 1 car, a queen bedroom overlooking inner yard with full bathroom attached.



Level 1: Laundry with dryer and washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen Smeg dishwasher, range hood, Oven, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

Lounge: 65' Samsung smart TV, comfortable sofa and chairs; Dining: large extendable dining table with 6 chairs.

Level 2: 1 master ensuite with queen bed, the 3. bedroom with 2 single beds, having a full bathroom next door.



Aircon/heating: split system aircon in all areas including bedrooms.



*Note: We only offer welcome starter coffee pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavors, we recommend visiting Nespresso Boutique shops or local grocery stores for additional purchases.

You have entire place with a free garage and also street parkings (pls check street signs upon arrival).

Train: The closest train station to Port Melbourne is Southern Cross Station, which is located in the CBD. From here, you can connect to other train lines or take a tram or bus to Port Melbourne.



Ferry: The Port Melbourne Ferry Terminal is located at Station Pier, which is just a short walk from 145 Boundary Street. From here, you can catch a ferry to destinations such as Williamstown and St Kilda.

Community ethics_Bin collection note:

If you happen to stay in the night of Wednesday, pls make sure to pull the garbage bins out to the garage gate with the lid closed, pls also make sure to put them back to the garage after they're cleared on Thursday. Placing in wrong place on the wrong date will be fined $50 by the Body Corporate. If you're not sure where and when to pull the bins out, a good idea is to follow the neighbours.



Pls pull bins back home if you are staying during when they are emptied.



Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins. Thank you for helping us keep our property clean so we can continue to host awesome guests like you!



Extra bedding:

Our apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (2 queens, and 2 singles). There is an additional $40+GST fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.



Early Check-in & Late Checkout:

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.

Tidy and spacious in a quiet area

3 of us stayed here and suited us perfectly. Located in an area close to trams and supermarket. 20/25 min walk to Southbank or Port Melbourne. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. Easy check in process and good communication from hosts. Only thing i would highlight is that there is zero privacy from neighbouring properties due to large windows and proximity.. just had the blinds closed all day but otherwise i do recommend this place.

Our stay

Right top kitchen cupboard door needs fixing as it all most fell off each time we opened it. Only had 2 coffee cups for a 3 bedroom apartment was strange and no wine glasses only for champagne. Main bedroom very noisy couldn’t work out what it was, sounded like an air conditioner noise but the aircon wasn’t on. Apartment clean and tidy and really comfortable and good of street parking. A very quite neighbourhood close to the shops and the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again.
